- Thanks to my brother for suggesting this song! I hadn’t heard this song before but it just works! I am in love with this one. He actually suggested in the week between episodes 5+6 and 7+8. 6 and 8 especially Make this video
I chose to focus on Charlie, Vaggie, Lucifer and Emily for a few reasons. Charlie is actively working against what Heaven is doing. Vaggie and Lucifer are both fallen angels and so have been set up as enemies of Heaven. Then Emily, despite being a seraphim was kept in the dark and rightly dismayed by the exterminations. On the other hand - the whole point of redemption is that those who need it most are those who deserve it least.
Its literally hell people are meant to burned and punished for their sins its not supposed to be a "better place". If hell doesn't punish sinners then who will? The reason they were being killed was because of over population. Charlie wanted to fix that by giving them a chance to fix their ways and change for the better. Giving hope for the people of hell a chance.
@@EmotionalGamer the only value “punishment” is capable of having is the idea that it can lead to the correction of behavior. Without that, if “hell is forever”- it is just sadism. People’s desire for “sinners” to “suffer” is nothing but a desire to get off on the misery of others. So if that’s the “point” of hell, then hell and whatever divine authority set it up to work that way should be overturned
I honestly think that's the best way the show can end, with the solution not being 'everyone gets into heaven' but rather 'lets make hell less shitty'
Leaving the battle at the hotel for the final third of the song was a stroke of genius.

Perfectly portrays how good or evil/right or wrong are never as simple as they appear ( such as committing an evil act with good intentions or a good act with evil intent) and yet as simple as can be (such as the evil act of needless slaughter or the good act of seeking to help others even if it's a long and difficult road).

Been meaning to watch this show, but I wanted to watch the original pilot first, thought that it would be the best way to do it, but haven't been able to find it.
Other than that, nothing brings me more satisfaction than watching the first Fallen Angle, punch the shit out of the first man.

If you lived in Heaven and you learned that a resident of Hell built a business to redeem the damned would you do your best to destroy it? Or go against Heaven to protect that business that wants to help the souls that want redemption? I'm Team Heaven all the way but if I learned that a resident of Hell was doing this I would give my all to protect that business. Even if it meant getting kicked out of Heaven.
I’d help build the business with a few conditions mainly concerning morality and what Sins are able to be forgiven and which can't be.
I know that Lucifer is the original Angel of Darkness due to his background. But the term has changed and Charlie is the spawn of Lucifer and IS an Angel of Darkness. Heaven or Hell garb regarding threat level which characters take the top 2 Angel of Darkness spots? In the NO kindness zone?
