For the last three years and to this day I continue to receive amazing comments on the “Love: Part III” remix album. As I decided to take a step into the world of creating music as a work entity, I felt it was important to begin that journey with a thank you to all those who have supported both the remixes and original music throughout the years. And so here’s a favourite of you all, a favourite of mine, a love letter to the band and the start of a new journey.

AVA is the greatest band imo.
Their music saved my life.
I struggled with heroin addiction for over 15 years.
WDNTW is so moving.
I-EMPIRE is so full of hope.
Both albums changed my life and the way I see things.
I now see beauty in the ugliness of the world.
I got to meet Tom on the WDNTW tour.
He was so humble and polite.
It's not every day that you get to meet your musical hero.
Some of Angel's And Airwaves music is so beautiful every note in some songs are perfect.
I'll be an AVA fan for the rest of my life.

AVA is too advanced for today’s music and so underrated but I’m glad they aren’t play on the radio so people with good taste can enjoy them,

You're glad they're not played on the radio? Why do people like to feel like they're one in a million? I love AVA and would love for more people to also get to know them. Instead of trying to feel exclusive you should be happy about more people discovering good music. Edit: They *are* played on the radio btw. I was once at a random Five Guys, and outta the blue Voyager from Chasing Shadows started playing.

I was so sad and depressed when Blink-182 split up. Years later I suddenly hear "The adventure" playing randomly on a party I went to. I asked the girl who lived there "who the hell is this??" She said "it's Angels and Airwaves. The guy from Blink you know". No I didn't fucking know, and that must have been one of the greatest parties ever, JUST BECAUSE of that song. I soon learned that this was the greatest music I've ever heard. It makes all hip-hop songs ever made sound like absolute garbage. This band just makes the right moves on every song - even the "bad" ones! You feel like this was made for your perfection! I have never seen Tom or Blink live. They never travel to Oslo, god damn it. Come to Norway, Tom! Your biggest fan(s) is here !
The same thing happened to me. Except I heard "The Adventure" on my little brothers I Pod . IDK how my life may have turned out if I didn't have Tom's words right at that time and later in my life. I shudder to think.
It's ok. But I still like the original version! But Tom needed to finish it. Maybe add a little to the original.

Thank you my friend! Yes for sure! I think next year I’m gonna start revisiting some tracks and breaking them down like this. Maybe on the website it will be where I go in depth! Especially with the synths. I’ve been trying to figure out the closest AVA synthesizer for 6 months now! Still not perfect! This one was like separated over 3 projects on GarageBand though. Maybe had about 70 separate tracks 😂

How do you create such an awesome vocal harmony sound?
I change the pitch of Toms vocals word by word, sometimes syllable by syllable, which takes a while, then increase the treble so it just supports the original vocals!

I think as long as it’s used at the right moments. I’ve not used it much before, I used to just try to harmonize myself but it sounds very good when it works with tons vocals!
AVA is my fav rock band...i love all kinds of music...but likes been said they really present hope through there music and that's what we need in this time and space...theyve helped me so much get through things...just there music gives me hope!! Awesome song guys!!
