This layout is actually pretty good. Has decent airtime and laterals, and most of all looks like something cci would make. Can’t wait to see the RMC version of it, keep up the great work.
This is stellar. I see many attributes of CCI's real creations; the speed section at the bottom of the drop (Boss), and the alternating turns at the end with airtime pops (Legend), just to name a few. Custom station looks awesome, cables around the helix are dope, everything really. I also like the holding brake in the pre-lift haha, did you add that so you could roll trains/how many trains can this run? Beautiful ride. In the words of a sign at Knoebels, REAL COASTERS ARE MADE OF WOOD. Cheers
As usual a fantastic coaster. This is one of my favorite layouts I’ve ever seen. Really long, superb pacing, great sequencing. Always a pleasure when you upload.
I love how it feels a lot like cci like the straight track through the woods or the large turn arounds. A lot of coasters I see today are like cci hyper or whatever and they don’t really seem like cci.
Nice! The scenery and custom station were great touches, but for whatever reason above all, I really liked the stone tunnel. It felt like a natural faux-real scenery item with the stone facade and concrete lining. I will have to use this technique in the future
Yeah its probably my longest brake run to date lol. I mainly made it that long to give enough room for all 3 trains to stack, but still keep the final brake run free. That... and well it looked a little shorter in FVD...
I feel like the turns, banking, and hills should be "blended" with the previous section a little bit better. It's very clear when a turn starts and ends, and it would have a better sense of flow with slightly softer transitions/beginnings and ends of each element. Great track though!
That’s just the nature of CCI coasters. They’re very geometric and don’t really blend geometry unless it’s to make a parabolic element such as an airtime hill. However I do agree that I could’ve extended the transitions a bit more to make them less jarring in game. Many thanks for the constructive feedback!
Well, would you enjoy designing coasters from a technical perspective? If so, then it's absolutely worth it. But if you're wanting something that's easy to build coaster with such as Planet Coaster or any of the Roller Coaster Tycoon games, I would recommend those over NL2. The nolimits 2 website does have a free demo version if you're interested in trying it out before paying for it.
You used FVD didn't you? Also second that comment saying that it's one of their favorite layouts. I don't really see a lot of wooden coasters in NL2 that don't look computer-aided in any way.
Yup. I primarily use FVD++. I won't say I only use it since one of my next projects is hand built, but for most of the stuff I do in NL2, it's really only achievable through FVD. CCI's super simple geometric shaping is a prime example of this.
Please note that this will be a multi-phase project. Expect some additions, expansions, and revisions / remakes in the future :)
imagine an rmc

I love the similarities to THE BOSS on this! RIP to Boss’s helix. Not sure what the park was thinking.
Very nice, probably one of the better CCIs that have been made, and the environment feels super realistic

I appreciate the kind words! Thanks!
This guy is so underrated! Cmon guys show some love

Extremely reminiscent of the Boss at SF St Louis. Good job!
Very much has some of the Boss features. I love it
I was about to say the same thing. Actually this seems like a cross between The Boss and Shivering Timbers.
I like the landscaping
Last mega helix reminds me of The Legend! Love it
Solid coaster!
Imagine the maintenance cost

Solid Layout!
Amazing!!!
Would love to actually ride this
How do you get all of those trees in the world?
I wish I had this skill
This would be great fun when it was new & smooth. Decades later everyone would be chanting "RMC it!" all the time.
Well, that's where you bring in GCI to Titan Track it up.
Seems like there’s an unnecessary amount of brakes at the end

how can I get the headrests?
Now you should kinda try to RMC this layout
this thing would be legendary irl
freaking epic
This sounds like and rides like The Beast @ K.I.
Final Boss. :0
WOW

Please don't change the speed.
Should I download this game if I'm an enthusiast

@@j-coasters I wanna be a roller coaster designer when I grow up, and I'm wanting something more challenging than planet coaster
