As a side note, your eyebrows are amazing. I can't lean into my dark brows, I have to bleach to lighten mine so I look less like an evil Disney queen. Yours are really flattering and the pop against your blond hair is really edgy!
Girl, so relatable! I've been working on respecting my cycle and actually being grateful for it. Instead of dreading that time of the month, I've decided to make it "cozy week". I'm a highly ambitious person working hard toward my goals, so now instead of forcing myself through that time, I give myself some grace and rest. Still a work in progress, but it feels more aligned.
I seriously think that men go through a cycle too. They won’t ever admit it, but my SO will be fine one day and then out of the blue, be super crazy. So hormones have an impact on everyone, it’s just a matter of being supportive to whoever is having a difficult moment ❤

I love this! I started tracking my cycle and learning about how in each phase there are foods and activities that best support my hormones and how I’m feeling. It helps me to better understand when I am having big feelings, be more productive, feel better, etc
