@@lauralee5226 what the hell do you mean a UA-cam app, were obviously not talking about the same thing here. the ds i'm talking about was the one where you insert a card and click play with lil buttons to play crappy mini games and it had no internet connection whatsoever and its best quality was like 40 pixels by 40 pixels wide, how in the HELL do you watch UA-cam on THAT?!?! that would be like saying you watch UA-cam on your Nokia.

This is Fujiwara no Mokou from Touhou Project, which unfortunately is a Bullet Hell video game series with no official anime; it does have some manga, though.
Amethyst Skymin is it? looks alot like a character from shikabane hime.
