- A video about trucking in mid-Norway. The truck is a Volvo FH16 750 with a Carnehl Hardox halfpipe trailer. The video shows some of the transport of gravel to the refinery witch cleans and sort the different rock and sand to finished product for delivery. The Factory or refinery is operated and owned by Ramlo Sandtak, and is placed at Søberg in Melhus. The video is recorded with GoPro equipment.
This video is made from a series of recordings taken winter/sping of early 2016. Enjoy ;)

steel halfpipe is the better solution for tipper trailer..robust and easy tipping....but for 50 tonns enough 13 litres eng with 460hp..not need double diff...my tipper semi is 12700kg with 600litres diesel.load weight is 27,15tonns...fuel cons is 32litres/100km....12 litres eng 410hp...fh 16 more 4000ccm surplus....big eat!new truck with 12-13 litres eng is cca:68000eur...16 litres eng is 92-100000eur surplus diferrence is 30-32000eur!
Interesting info. We are trying out the the new 540 with dual clutch now. Less cost and cheaper on fuel. The double diff is a must up here to get traction offroad

Why the trailer's axles move forward/backward?
+Ramadhan Dwi Thats to get the weight distribusion right when fully loaded. Also you take much less space when axle are in so u can manouvre in tight places.
