I haven't really Visited that much detail but I have seen bits of it. I remember that I did walk from the back of the train station up to Chatham train station. The trains were every 20 minutes.
We love Chilham, and definitely feel lucky living here!! The white horse is a brilliant pub and if you ever come back, find out when they have music on. A night out in chilham is so much fun!
Great video Jack. The village has been the setting for Poirot's Christmas, another Poirot episode and a couple of Jane Austen TV films. Jane herself lived just down the road in Godmersham Manor for 11 years, it was owned by her brother. She often attended dances at Chilham Castle. The WW2 Powell & Pressburger film A Canterbury Tale was filmed in and around Chilham. It is indeed a great place to live. My ancestors settled here in 1630, we still have one gravestone in the churchyard to my direct ancestor's brother Thomas.
Ah thanks so much for your comment Nicholas I really appreciate that info! I can really see why it’s a popular filming location. One of my new favourite places 😄
Another quality video Jack I look forward to seeing them pop you in UA-cam. Can I ask out of all the places you have visited so far is there one that stands out for you best? Oh yes have you been to Rye or Winchelsea in East Sussex, both Beautiful 😋♥️
Thank you so much, I’ve got to be honest Broadstairs was my favourite place I visited and was most amazed by, as I hadn’t been there! Both Rye and Winchelsea on the future videos list 🤞
Hello mate, I'm from Torquay in Devon. Enjoyed the video but I'd love to see longer 20-25 videos as they are good videos. Can you do more videos like this. Many thanks 👍
Hi Matt thanks so much! My next one after this will be a longer one - I used to try and make them as short as possible so there was more chance of people watching the whole thing 😂😃
