Great video, thanks. You have a new subscriber! More videos on the grizzly/breeze 125 would be most welcome 😊
I usually cut off the gearbox and put a Honda 50 cc gearbox on the engine with a v-belt
Any idea as to why the tooth just sheared off like that? Abuse or normal use? Was the fluid in good shape? Thanks for the video?
My guess is that bc it's a wheeler meant for kids that they generally don't really know how to ride and they just keep slamming it into F or R while still rolling. The fluid looked fine and I found the whole tooth broken clean off in the bottom of the case.
Mine is jumping on gears what could it be HELP PLZ!!!
Jumping on gears?
Great video , but is totally removing the motor top necessary , can we only pull up the cylinder slightly without getting the piston off and then remove the case, as i know when removing the piston we will be obliged to change rings otherwise we will have smoke
I had the same thought but if it was running good before you really dont have to change the rings. This is a small engine and much less forces at play than in bigger engines. And if you were to leave the cylinder half removed on the top it would be a nightmare doing everything else and balancing the case. Just not worth it.
When I was replacing the belt on my Breeze I found the secondary clutch shaft has a little play in it but it still spins smooth Is this normal or do I need to replace the bearing?
I believe mine had a small bit of play as well
I didn’t notice until I was putting it back together but the belt cover has a bushing to support the end of the shaft too. It’s still weird that the shaft only rides in 1 bearing instead of two though.
Yo tengo una y la pare porque no avanzaba donde puedo conseguir los engranes y todas las piezas de la caja junto con el kit de cilindro y poston?
I bought one today not running, got it running and front sprocket is locked up. Any ideas ? Kinda figuring I’m going to have to do this. Lol
No clue you just gotta get in there and see!
Would that ball bearing not being im cause grinding? I pulled my breeze apart because reverse was grinding. Split the cases that bearing was sitting out. Don't know if it came out splitting the case but every tooth on every gear is spotless I was expecting shavings or something but the only thing I see out of place was that. It seemed as if it was in gear as it didn't pop out lever was smooth everytime going into reverse or forward.
That ball bearing missing would not cause any grinding. It just provides some resistance on the shifter so it's not flopping around. Take your gears out and thoroughly inspect everything
@jimmyzdano I checked better found a nick in the shaft from clutch, and play in the bearing. Thinking it played ping pong. Time for parts.
How long did it take to fix and how much money did you put in to it ?
$130 bucks for the main axle. It doesn't take too long maybe 4 hours if everything goes smooth. but it never does so count on a couple days plus you have to find whats wrong first then order the part
