lovin the videos as usual, especially the affliction content :) its my favorite spec in the game. for shuffle and lower rated content where your healers arent as reliable I think Essence Drain has huge value over Rot and Decay. also one little caveat with Jinx, if you Curse of Exhaust someone with a freedom or similar effect, immune to slows etc, it will use the shard but not put any dots up :( im sure you are aware but it feels super bad when it happens.
it procs but its around 20k shield its not worth for shield but for the stats itself if you upgrade ring you get around 1700 mastery & 700 haste and 3800 stamina ( Inquisitor's Gaze procs the fire dmg so u get shield )

After a long vacation on SoD i return to retail I buy a combo of honor gear and pvp gear from AH gem+enchant the lot, watch this guide, que for bgs and fucking shred the affli lock self heals are INSAANE too 130M+ dmg done and 70M healing in first bg in MONTHS ROFL
it's great, one of the best talents. Only issue is if the target is immune to slows, it doesnt dot them with CoEx but you just manually dot them in those cases or use Soul Swap

yeah i forgot to mention about slow immunity i usually send weakness into melees that are immune to it good catch thanks for mentioning

you can but they will kill pet also it does extra dmg with pet sac and u get more hp%

its not recommended but i am running it its personal choice u can run 2set for more versa or 4set for more stats/dmg

soulburn + drain life will heal you a lot + give you shield and soulburn + healthstone will heal u 30% more and increase your hp by 20% by 12 seconds

yeah its pvp talent "jinx" every curse costs 1 shard but also applies agony/corruption with it

Me too, sometimes I run out of shards and they won’t replenish for a long time
you can use weakness into slow immune melee targets or curse of tongues if its casters
