    Wash the cucumbers first in one water, then rub each with a sponge to remove all impurities. Then wash once more with the addition of now baking soda (1-2 tablespoons), leave in that water with soda for 5-10 minutes and then rinse them.
    I use 720 ml jars. one jar can hold about 400 gr. cucumbers.
    First I fold the larger ones lengthwise, then the slightly smaller ones, feel free to push them in as much as you can and feel free to press.
    For 7 kg. cucumbers need:
    - 3 liters of water
    - 1.5 liters of vinegar (alcohol 9%, can and apple care put more)
    - 120 gr. salt
    - 200 - 220 gr. sugar (someone likes sweeter cucumbers, so feel free to adjust to your taste.)
    spices
    - spice link (can also be dried)
    - half a bunch of primrose or celery leaves
    - 15 gr. mustard (arrange in each jar a little)
    - peppercorns (as many as you want)
    - you can put a bay leaf (I never put it)
