The story was that the developer was expecting to get a casino license but it never happened and then he died in a car crash on the road to Sattahip if I remember correctly. Thank you once again. BTW I lived next door in Sunshine Condo and Jomtien yacht Club so this area was my stomping ground for 30 years. Now I am stuck in Rayong
