As n 86 four eye owner , this makes me rethink my choice of keeping it mostly factory.

Personally I like someone that isn't afraid to customize a Fox to their liking. I'm a big fan of the 85-86 front end myself. Definitely my favorite years of the Fox Mustangs.
I really do love them now. It's strange looking back that I didn't like them more years ago.
@@GearHead704 . . What's funny is I wasn't exactly crazy about them back then myself. Then they got old. I guess that's true with most cars.

One of the baddest ass foxes I’ve seen. Best looking four eye fox for sure. I love that he kept it a small block Ford and went with a 357”.

I love me a 4 eyed fox and the 79 indy hatch with the 86 gt front with the saleen style side skirts just looks perfect...this is the perfect foxbody to me. damn it sits so nice too..this guys knows my heart somehow.
Funny enough I didn't initially like the 4 eyes, but they've really grown on me a LOT. Manir's is SICK.

I have a project roller 1985 T-Top coupe with capri fenders and I’m already thinking coyote swap but keeping body all 85 on the outside besides the capri fenders of course but with the better drivetrain and doing an 87-93 interior since I have non …not even the og dash!!
Lots of unique modifications done to that beast which I really dig. The truck looks like a kool build as well. Great video Matt!

I love what he did with the front end. I have an 87 hatch 2.3 I bought spring of 1995, the engine was a dog and I had a friend with an 84 2.3 Capri Turbo Gt that she wiped out (drivers side) hydroplaning. I was amazed at how quick it was when I bolted it in.
I'm upgrading with 5 lug axles, Wilwood 4 piston calipers, protease bushings etc. Covid slowed things down but I hope to get it on the road before the Dream Cruise in Aug. My 1st Mustang was a poppy red 65 I traded my 62 Skylark vert in the first week of my senior year in 68.

It is done so well.
I use to own a 1984 Ford Mustang GT with a 4 cylinder turbo which was painted a charcoal grey & it had a white pin stripe that went across the whole side of the car like a hockey stick & at the trunk area is where the pin stripe widened up like a hockey blade/heel with the “GT” spelling. The hood had a little scoop like a 1978/79 ~ early 80’s Z-28 hood scoop that had the levers that would open up when you stepped on the gas. The interior was a charcoal grey as well & to the left of the steering wheel on the facial dash it had the green turbo light that would come on when you stepped hard on the gas & it would say “Turbo On” & that cool whistling sound when the turbo would spool up. It was a quick car to say the least & it could keep up with stock 5.0 Mustangs & slightly modded Mustangs as well. I’d like to one day find a decent “SVO” Mustang which were only made from 1984 • 1986.
The SVO's are some of my favorites. I have a few videos of cool ones here on the channel.

I’ve always loved that style of front end compared to the newer shapes, absolutely gorgeous fox, very nice indeed and it seems to have a fair amount of power.
I’m not too sure on the broken sunroof though, that really lets it down unfortunately 😔
Yeah it's awesome and he is fixing the sunroof. It might actually be fixed by now.
the fact it has a sunroof at all is bad ass. Sunroofs are simple to fix in comparison to what he’s built with this car

I watched this yesterday and meant to comment that this guy needs to check and see if he can get a new latch for that sunroof before it takes off like a sail.
Acutally I need a new latch as well because foxbody ! and they are antique here in Canada over 30 years old and mine broke as well.
Maybe the other MATT has some new old stock?

Matt now that is one bad 4 eye the subtle rear fender flare is killer & love the way he molded that three-piece spoiler together those are one of my favs on the hatches that car just flows together with all the little things, they just add up to 1 foxy build! you mix manir up in a car build and you get some crazy stuff that a lot of people don't even notice until said. I wish I had his home garage/ home shop! 😎 after seeing that truck i cant wait to see the finished product... great video once again!
