    So good. Made this today and it’s so easy and delicious. The gravy is full of amazing Greek flavours from the marinade as well. Defo making this for my next gathering!

    Mine is marinating using dried herbs listed and it already smells fantastic! 😍 ( I kinda botched up on the deboning part - my leg of lamb came semi boneless... so now I have sections -but it makes for a few more dinners... a win-win.👍 )

    Just made a beef pot roast, but this is next on my list for sure! I make roast boneless leg of lamb with Orzo all the time. Thank you for this!

    TY sweet Dimitroula mou! I'll make this since I gotten carrots & onions from my produce pantry. I wish you can do corned beef & cabbage but not now. Leave it for St Paddy's Day in March.

    I love onions and carrots and
    lamb also. The mint leaves
    probably give it a good flavor
    too.

    A month ago a lamb shoulder ended up in my possession from going to a food bank. I know its a weird thing to find at one of those. My birthday is coming up and I was wondering how good a lamb pot roast would be. I'll follow your advice. Can't wait.

    Fantastic absolutely 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻I also realized the lamb leg from Costco 😂😂I have at least 6 store in my freezer, and I have a question that is I have French le creuset cast iron pot ,is that what you use in the oven ?Thanks in advance .🥰🥰

    Regarding this recipe - if I were to use a bone-in leg of lamb would I be looking at the same cooking time as stated in the recipe (for the bone-out leg of lamb?)

    I have the same type of Dutch oven: do you think they're too heavy for a normal oven at home? Dmitra seems to have the same cook top/oven as I do but the Dutch oven is so absurdly heavy I'm always scared I'll break the oven rack

      You can use any part. The leg would be excellent.
