I have 9 Arc'teryx items. One of which is the Beta FL Gortex Pro. The jacket has let in water several times from the moment i bought it.The shop I bought it from sent it for treatment and its still leaking. I've had nothing but resistance when asking that I get my jacket replaced. I live and climb in Scotland and the Alps. Arc'teryx! Your customer service is terrible and over the last 4 years the product has became fashionable instead of durable. I've spent over 30 years in the mountains and the Beta FL is the worst jacket I have ever invested in. Its disappointing and unacceptable to be treated like this. I will now be forced to move away from the ARC'TERYX family and find Safety in the mountains from another company
