    1 hour in after procedure. Glad I didn’t see the video. I was already nervous going in. It doesn’t hurt, much. And seemed to be done within 30 mins. Absolutely satisfied and glad I did this.

    Just had mine yesterday. Same methods used here. I was given plenty of time for the numbing to settle in and the doctor was extremely gentle throughout the whole procedure. I hardly felt a thing. Day 2 now and the swelling is almost non existent. So far, overall, I'm relieved with my experience.

    Had mine, no needle, no scalpel, feel completely fine, but it was a little weird, the left side took longer, seemed to have used several internal stitches, and then the central opening used for both sides was stitched close with one stitch. I wonder if my procedure was slightly abnormal, but oh well, as long as it worked, I am happy, hardly any pain.

    Are the risks of developing PVPS with this no needle, no scalpel technique lessened?

    • @uroTV

      I had this method done 8 years ago. I do suffer from PVPS. Actually going into my Doctor today as living on Advil and icing your balls for that long is a PITA. Its a constant pain, like a dull ache and localized at the site where the VAS was dissected. It becomes a sharp pain when granulomas strike. Those require constant icing, a week off work and enough Advil to burn your liver out. Anyways, that's my life after the no scalpel technique. Oh, and forget about sex when the pain is bad......

    8 years post after having this done, pain everyday on the left side. Yes, it is less invasive than having your wife getting her tubes tied, but be warned that you could be the 1 in a hundred that will regret this. Read up on Post Vasectomy Pain Syndrome, its real and it does happen.

    • @lilygardner1538
      @lilygardner1538 Рік тому

      Do you have any idea the potential and much more common side effects of childbirth? Birth control? You can legit die from either of those. IUDs are mid evil and are done with ZERO anesthesia. It’s as invasive as this and with zero anesthesia. Grow tf up. If a man doesn’t want kids, he can put his big boy panties on and have this done. Because this is well over 100x safer and easier then any female birth control or tubal ligation/hysterectomy. If you don’t want kids, you can take on the risk of potentially having some pain down there due to it. It’s very unlikely. It’s a lot less then the risks that come with tubals, hysterectomies, and birth control. Women deal with the responsibility of preventing children for the majority of their lives and undergo dangerous and painful procedures for it. You can handle a little snip. God forbid men have to take some responsibility at some point, it takes TWO to tango and it’s not just the female’s responsibility of preventing pregnancy. And you seem to be forgetting that women deal with that same pain for 1/4 of every month, for the majority of our entire lives. Im sorry you have experienced pain after your procedure; but it’s the same pain women deal with all around you every day. AND, the percentage of people that happens to is extremely low. Way to low for you to be on here discouraging men from reproductive responsibility.

    Some of you younger men really embarrass our generation with your commentary on why you want a vasectomy. This isn’t a mild decision, it takes true understanding of yourself and your family needs to make such a decision. Women will leave you in your life because of it. You may lose your marriage because of it or girlfriend who secretly wants a child. For me, I have one child and he’s such a blessing but I got taken to court over every small ordeal bc I stopped seeing his mother. The amount of finances required to raise a child and how you even afford daycare in your early 30’s is not easy. You have a boss who makes you work 50 hours a week? You can’t be a good father or consistent father with that schedule. You need to understand your sleeping habits and your tolerance for children. If you get bumped in a club and want to fight the guy, what will you do when your 2 year old breaks you nose head butting you on accident? It’s situations like this you can’t prepare for so you better get smarter. How well do you function under 4 hours of sleep a night for 2 years straight ? The military doesn’t even train you like a infant will. Please don’t embarrass our generation and if you want to get clipped, make sure it’s for a legitimate reason that you can live with. For me, I don’t want my son to feel un-loved if I meet another woman and have another child with her. I’d rather just have him as my son so I don’t have to put him through that. Children don’t do well in divorce or sharing custody. They really don’t.
