Google chrome can also be disabled from the apps section in the phone settings sir..it will not be uninstalled but before using we need to enable the app back from settings
I have already uninstalled all my social media apps except what's app and Telegram before watching this video and used the apps as u directed... And I got a surprising results... From few days I opened my phone to become online in what's app just 4-5 times in a day & remain only 10-15 min in online then back to the ofline... So I basically got good results following this tips to myself own.... And now I utilised more times in my study, so happy too... It's really a very much helpful video, I advised all to watch this and utilise the tips to get rid from mobile addiction because I got the results though i used the tips on my own... To, Himangshu sir.. Sir now I am a 3rd Yr MBBS student, and watching your videos, it's really too much helpful for me, motivates me, strengthen me to focus on my study though I don't study a lot.. I am not interested in instant or FB much so I don't have that issue, but am really addicted to youtube that just 10 mins of studying I run into youtube coz am studying from my lap. I am srsly struggling with this addiction. Can anyone help me or give me some advice on how to get rid of my addiction? and when I make a timetable am not able to make an effective timetable or cannot even properly follow my timetable. so someone please help
If you can, try to unsubscribe all entertainment channels, subscribe more academic channels, I wish I did that in my first year. I'm assuming you know of few channels like osmosis, Dr mitesh dave, they will be really useful in first year. If you wish to listen to any song on youtube then just search for that particular song but dont subscribe to that channel.

2) logout from all websites
3) turn off notifications
4) leave aside ur phone 📞
very next hour u will install all the apps

I just have a simple trick, put your phone in the almirah and lock it, and go back to it after you have done your target. It works, believe me.🤝🏻
Chrome can be disabled from Settings > Apps > Chrome > Disable. You can Enable it in the same way.
