HITTING TECHNOLOGY UPDATE: Introduction to Blast Motion

This weeks video is an introduction to one of today's most popular hitting technology's - Blast Motion. These sensors are attached to the end of each players bat and are set up to track several different things to help develop hitters. In this video I will go over what I find to be the most important metrics to help analyze a players swing, as well as how to successfully implement this technology. Enjoy!

That’s very true! If you ask me - hitters strikeout numbers aren’t up because of their new swings... pitchers are very, VERY good in today’s game.
