beautiful and I will be trying, but I do believe (and correct my if I'm wrong) that 8x6 rondelle crystals were used here, not 6x4 (or else 3mm pearls instead of 4mm pearls, but I believe it's the crystals that are mis-sized).

I think mine were 6x4 and 4mm pearls but you also can use 8x6 crystals .
