No, it is not. He is Armenian and one of the best instrumental players in Armenian,Very well known and knows what he is playing. Manukyan is the Duduk player not he singer. I believe the singer is either Pahik Poghosyan or Ashot Aslanyan.. LOVEEEEEEEEEEE ITTTTTTTTTTTttt
