- Content creation can be an extremely unhealthy job.
Both physically and mentally. Not because it is hard, but because we don't take care of ourselves, but it does impact our day-to-day lives a lot.
I have been working on some hacks and some goals I want to achieve for myself over the coming months to help me deal with the mental health challenges that come with this new career. Let's run over them. On Crete :)

These are honestly some great mental health hacks. It's important to keep your brain in check as well :)
Personally I've been trying to limit the amount of short-form content and social media I take in, such as Instagram and their reels, because I can see in myself that they have a negative influence on me and my health. Mainly tied in with your other point of comparing yourself to others. Social media can really kind of force you to compare yourself to other people who put their best side on the the internet. The line at the end "Comparison is the killer of all joy" is such a beautiful line imo. Just like all the footage, really beautiful ;p GREAT VIDEO!!!
It is all so fake indeed! While the real stories usually are the best. Butt there is too much noise
Great advice, another great vlog. Wishing you nothing but success. Been laying off social media other than UA-cam as of late (including watching less stuff) and it’s definitely helping.
Yeah, social media is a mess. :-/ it really brings out the worst in people. Thanks!
You should've emerged out of the ocean with a trident.
I forgot it in a bar the previous night. Too much Raki.
