New changes are not that radical and shouldn't really be divisive. It's all pretty standard stuff, played about 100 hours since the patch and it feels different, but largely pretty similar to me. I think the dota community is just used to micro changes affecting the meta, instead of substantial ones

I hate what they did to slark. He used to look uniqe and fit into the water people of the dota 2 world. I dont mind a graphics update but did they habe to frickimg change his face to a generic world of warcraft naga face?
7.00 has to be the most benificial but divisive update that has ever been introduced in any valve game. It was a bit buggy when released, but it got better within the month along with a butt load of redeeming qualities.

IIRC, it was originally "Pawned" as in what bounty hunters do to prove they killed a person, which is why you got gold in return. I could be wrong.
