Hey, I believe it does work with all flagship models, including your model. My only advice would be to buy one, and if it doesn't work, then return it. Hope this helps 🙏 and thank you for your comment 👍
Considering this is Samsung I'm impressed! I currently use an iPad and am looking for an alternative, this has helped me decide. Thanks as always for your reviews
So glad you reached out and commented, thanks so much. Samsung have caught up and even the apps are getting better, I will be doing a review of infinite painter soon so be sure to tune in. Thanks again
I hit like and subscribed, loved the review, your accent and also you’re the only UA-camr I saw that was able to use the nib remover correctly. Bravo 👏🏼
@@brucejunboxing not at the moment, I’m still figuring out if I can switch to tablets(iPad or Samsung) for my work, I use an intuos pro. So I’m trying to watch reviews about hardware and software of both worlds iOS and Android. Yours was very helpful
Hey, thank you for your great feedback. I'm glad my video was of some use, I too have searched high and low for replacements and found nothing. Rest assured, I'm certain that at some point, there will be some available, especially considering this pen has a high price point 😀
It would've been killer if Samsung included a rubber end version of the wide nib since I think most artists in the samsung ecosystem are used to the rubber on glass feel. I do think this is supposed to be paired with the notepaper screen protector.
I totally agree with you that being able to turn the pen over and rub out would have been awesome. I've ordered my screen protector and can't wait to see how it feels using the protector. Have you bought one too or are you deciding?
It would be even better if someone decides to sell felt tip nib replacements. To me the additional friction they provide feels much more like traditional drawing media.
I am a Coloring book and planner , journal, creator and i was looking at this pen for my creations. I loved your review. I really enjoy all your videos im a new subscriber
I love this pen for note-taking as it feels similar to a pencil or pen in size, I also bought this cause I hate the rubber tips, too. Hope this helps, and thanks for your comment 👍
I got the pen but for some reason it keeps drawing lines without me touching the screen which is a problem when I'm trying to change positions while drawing..Any way to fix this? I have a Tab S6 Lite
Hey thanks for reaching out, it should work just fine with Tab S6 Lite, have you tried it on another application to see of it might be the settings on the particular app you're using that may need to be adjusted?
That's a fantastic offer and well worth it. I also found the standard s pen way too small, and after a while, it was unusable. Happy creating with the creator edition 😀
Hey, thanks for your comment. I currently use infinite painter it is the closest to photoshop and procreate on android, in my opinion. I'm glad you're loving your purchase I too am loving the S Pen Creator Edition 😀
I lost my pencil and wanted to replace it with the creator edition. However, making the pencil longer so it doesn't fit in the S8+ case anymore is a huge dealbreaker for me. They should have made it fit perfectly in the pencil slot on their cases.
Hey, sorry you lost your original pencil. That's very frustrating. I was worried about it not fitting too, which it doesn't. However, they may make suitable cases in the future, but there's no guarantee. Thanks for your comment 👍
Great Review!! I was once an ipad user too and now considering switching to Samsung Tablet for Digital Art etc. And have been wondering if the original spen which is included too Small for longer drawing Session or not? I have tried them out in some of the local Store nearby but for just a few minutes only 😅this review really helps!! Btw where did you get your tablet case from? It looks interesting with the pen Slot 😊
Received mine... and it is not working. Just hovering it 1cm above my Galaxy 9 Ultra or my Kindle Scribe triggered drawing. Needless to say, it made it completely unusable. Changing the tip didn't change anything. Apparently I'm not the only one to whom it happened. Returning it.
Ah, that's not good. Sorry, yours wasn't working, I know in the very beginning it can be temperamental, but mine worked perfectly. Could it be an issue with the pen itself?
Hey, it says it supports all tab s series, so I think the lite versions are also included. Is there any way you can try one put before buying? Thanks for your comment 👍
Thanks for the review. I've got mine coming tomorrow. It is expensive but I can't stand the size of the nibs of the s pen and I also use a Staedtler with a tiny nib. I saw the apple pen and wanted that tip. The closest to it is the s pen creator addition. I am a little worried about the plastic nib all my others are rubber. I might have to invest in a screen protector but then I have to worry about the nib wearing down. Its always something. Have a great day!
Exciting I know the anticipation I had when mine was on its way, samsungs s pen creator edition is pretty close to the apple pencil. So I'm sure you'll love it. Thanks for your comment, I hope you enjoy your new purchase 😊
Considering this as the original spen is quite small. I've got a sleeve for that, but still it's not that comfortable for long time note taking. But I like the small nib than this 😶 So in a confusion. Will you suggest it over the free spen for notes mostly?
Hey, the creator edition s pen is perfect for writing notes as well as drawing. Personally, I prefer it as it feels more like a pencil or pen in size. I also feel that if note taking is your primary use, then sticking with the original s pen is also an option. Thanks for your comment 👍
@@Svabby I would also recommend Clip Studio Paint if your willing to pay a subscription for the pro version. If not the Krita, and Ibis Paint are good free alternatives.
I'm really very interested in this pen omggg. I make commissions and I really like the s pen that came with my tab S9 but I feel that the screen protector is eating the tip very quickly. I prefer to use the tip that has silicone, the hard plastic tips always seem to leave some marks on my screen protector and I don't want that :v. Unfortunately here in Brazil these silicone pen tips are more expensive and I can't afford to buy them every 2 months, do you think buying that pen worth it in this case?
Hey, that's amazing that you do commissions. Have you got anywhere I can see your work? In my opinion, you would benefit from this pen, and the fact that it comes with two extra nibs is a bonus. I actually bought this one due to the silicone rubbing away on my original s pen. I hope my advice will be of some use, and I hope my advice will excel your creative ventures without hiccup 😀 it's worth noting to still use a screen protector if you can
@@brucejunboxing heya thank u so much for replying, your advice is certainly very useful and I' ll keep in mind to make a final decision about this pen. Regarding the screen protector, I had to put it because I'm a bit clumsy and I noticed a superficial little scratch on the screen ;-;. It's a matte screen protector so it doesn't bother me at all when drawing, but do you think it might not be worth with this pen?
@@NaluKn hey, brazilian here too. I don't know if you have a bank account on Inter, but if you do the shopping section has this pen there R$ 200 cheaper and with cashback directly to your account in one business day :D
Hey, thanks for reaching out. I currently use infinite painter 🎨 it's as good as procreate on the iPad. I'm also working on some infinite painter tutorials coming soon 😀
Its the price of an s pen pro without the bluetooth features? I dont see why they left this out? Apart from samsung saving money while they make money off of aspiring artists charging £100 for a £20 s pen, that looks like an apple pencil. Its a bit skanky on their part.
While I also think it's overpriced, the performance is better than the original s pen, and I think maybe the reason Samsung left out bluetooth features is probably cause they wanted this to be purely for drawing and art creation. The bluetooth functionality is only really for when you're not at your device. The pen doesn't need bluetooth to work as it is wacom technology. It also feels more natural in hand than the smaller s pen. However, this purchase will be strictly out of personal preference 😀
I do agree they could have put the extra tech in there. However, I do believe this is aimed more at digital artists who might never need those functions. It is much nicer to use when creating than the smaller pen egornomically 😀
The wacom pencil stylus are good for wacoms drawing tablets. My suggestion would be STAEDTLER 180 22 Noris Digital Classic EMR Stylus, which is another good option 😀
