  • It was once the most visited train station for the world's royalty and heads of state. So how did Althorp Park completely vanish? Watch the entire episode of "Adey's Althorp" by visiting Spencer1508.com.
Also, don't miss this week's edition of "Althorp Matters," where Karen and Adey discuss more of the history of this lost piece of Althorp's past.

Very nice episode. I completely agree - former and actual generations are too quick to scalp out historic places like this train station. I very much appreciate that the owners of the estate give the employees plenty of opportunity to discuss about the land, animals, plans, and general work around the estate. Very nice channel! I hope that the Althorp estate will also host major TV series like Downton Abbey. It's a remarkable place with a lot of history and many things to "tell" potential viewers! So let's hope the owners will secure a deal soon with a major movie producer (if they wish so, of course)!

I went and watched the full video. It is a shame that it is gone but I imagine the brick was reused. Here on Vancouver Island in Canada most of our stations are still intact and we are trying to get our trains back in service. In this age of climate disaster mass transportation in vital.

I love the idea of this channel, however the episodes are too quick, would great if they were longer. ( I did go to watch the full episode on the website, but still too quick)

Is there a reason why you can't put that video on UA-cam? I can go to the website but I only have access to internet through my phone and that's pretty small screen. I've connected my UA-cam to my fire Stick so I can see UA-cam on a nice big screen.

Getting re-directed to your website for every clip is a pain in the neck. I’d rather stick to UA-cam to watch an episode. Thank you for your consideration.

Why are you rerouting us to your website just to watch a short video? Not worth the extra effort. It won’t help you build an audience.

Really dislike the need to leaveUA-cam to watch these videos. Can they not be played here as well? Or is this a commercial financial decision?
