After I don't know how many attempts at making an x base Kandi bracelet you are the first tutorial that I could really follow and have successfully completed it so thank you
Hands down…. I have looked everywhere on TikTok UA-cam to do these cuffs and the rotating ones cause she wants a Mario but none of them explained it as well as you did. Thank you so much for someone that is hard of learning. This was so easy.
Okay good. I’m glad I go into great detail. I know what it’s like to be confused and it’s frustrating and sometimes kills the motivation to make kandi. I wanted to be super clear :) thank you for your comment! ❤️
The only thing I felt more helpful from another video was just her saying that you’re gonna have two types of beads that connectors and primary and calling the off-line connectors, for some reason made it easier
Hey, when I start step 3 I can't get the beads to stay in a triangle, do you know what I may be doing wrong? I stringed through exactly as you said so I'm a little confused.
I know this was a long time ago, but this happens. You don't have to get them to stand up right away. Once you start beading the next layer and tie it off, they'll stand up, or they'll at least stand up at the end when you finish the bracelet.
@@BreadcrumbsYummy You just have to follow the same steps with the 1st row of X's. I'm sorry that I'm not much help, it's hard to help when I can't see what I'm trying to help with lol
Idk what happened but I did everything you did and my cuff was droopy and I had to completely restart :( I wasted 2 hours and so much string I’m so upset
Sry for the late response. Yes it it. I used a 2X base to make the urchin cuff. I just used different colors. But the important part is the initial bracelet. You want to make the 2 beads between the connector beads with the color you are going to do for the ladder. Kind of pre planning
followed this tutorial because i wasnt sure how to add x's to my cuff and i really wanted to make it a ufo, thank you so much for the step-by-step!
I love UFO cuffs. They are more round compared to the normal star shaped look.
Trying too make one rn MY BACK HURTS
Looking at the cuff i made…
@GoblinOfTheForest I spent like 2 days making a hellokitty multistich outta perler beads and my neck hurt for the next 2 days 😭

@@-Simon_Petrikovdo u know how to do the 2nd X on the cuff? For me it always kinda spikes up on the side and doesn’t stay on top.

I have a really bad problem with curling when i make double or triple x-base cuffs. Any tips?
THANK YOUUU
Is this the same xbase you used to make the urchin cuff base? :)
