I wonder if "This Old House" would ever consider helping rehabilitate a skyscraper/high rise. Probably have to be a few in Massachusetts that could use it.
EVERY size-able construction project has “unpaid” subcontractors. They aren’t literally unpaid unless they fail to meet expectations. They are _under-paid_ because they under-estimate their own costs when they bid.
