Actually, that's where you're wrong. People act exactly like he did play in the NFL last season. You watch the Eagles game, the Bears game? Any game where he tried to make a tackle?
He knows he needs to gain weight and has all the resources needed to do so.

@@tonyrobinson8050Gonzalez was holding receivers on an island prior to his injury and had more promise coming into the year he was drafted. However, our front office at that time was somehow convinced Forbes was the answer lol
I went on a nasty rant. Had to calm down. It was like the end of the 1st round before I realized how long I was ranting. I’ve just accepted he’s a bust and anything better would be a pleasant surprise

Nah you can't put Jahon in the same boat as Forbes. Jahon showed in his rookie year he's a baller. The offense stunk up the joint last year. the scheme was not good. Bad QB in all. Terry even complained about running cardio a lot of games. Jahon did have a down year but it wasn't his fault

People carry weight differently. Just because he's tall, that doesn't mean he can suddenly put on weight. He has a slight build but his play strength just needs to improve. He needs to get stronger, it's not always a weight issue.

Yall stop hating and discounting this man. Yes he looks skinny but he is an nfl athlete that is at 180 pounds. Just his genetics make him look skinny.literally for example, giannis is like 6’11 243 and probably one of the most jacked hoopers in the league. KD though is the same height and only 3 pounds lighter at 6’11 240, yet looks soo skinny to the point of esrning a nickname of slim reaper for it. He just looks skinny though cause the weight and subsequently muscle is there (or else Kd would be getting bodied every time he touches the ball) regardless, and i think the same is with forbes. Chill with that mans weight, just let him ball out under real coaches

You just don't understand metabolism. My brother is 53, 150lbs and can eat 3 meals at once. I'm 250lbs. and he put me to shame in the eating department.

Or day in and day he eats less in total than you
I work in the medical field and have helped patients manage weight loss, in my personal life I have been an avid lifter - dirty bulking to 250, and residing at 200 where I'm much healthier

This is the NFL and the year is 2024. Forbes has access to the best nutritionists and sports scientists in the country. A program can be developed and tailored to his specific needs that would guarantee results if he follows and sticks to it.
@SaverioP you're right. This is the NFL yet he's gained no weight here in 2024. Coaches have been making players gain and lose weight for decades. With that being said, either they don't want him to gain weight, or they're trying yet nothing is working. Granted, this coaching staff hasn't been here for a year yet, so we'll see if he gains over the next few months.

Why the hell is he finally deciding to add weight now? He has the millions and had the whole year to pay someone to train him. And he has the nerve to show up to camp looking like he does. Weight, yeah Forbes definitely can stand to add a few pounds but him being light on the scale isn't the reason he was benched last season, let's be real he got torched and it was because of his play not how much he weighs. I'm not knocking Forbes, I like the way Forbes played in college and I'm still a fan of him and I'm hoping that better coaches and better people around him can really help him be much better in year 2. We have to be fair to Forbes and say that the coaches really put him in a lose/lose situation last year, a lot of it wasn't Forbes fault,he was put out of position and got lit up for it on and off the field. I am confident that Forbes can take a Giant step forward on year 2, but yeah it definitely wouldn't hurt him to snack more often. Having a super fast metabolism makes it extremely hard to add weight and even tougher to keep it on, I know from my own personal experience. I'm sure the trainers,chefs and all the experts Washington has to offer to help him will get him to an optimal weight. But Forbes will be better in year 2 you can bet on it

That’s the biggest load of BS I’ve ever seen. If it was all about heart so many 5’8 outofshape middle aged men would be playing. Heart matters a little bit but means very little in the grand scheme of things if u don’t have the body type

Not everyone can gain weight fast so to say it’s easy you’re talking out your ass . His body type is different. Unless he takes steroids then he’ll definitely gain but naturally nah not for his metabolism
It’s easy when u got access to what he has access too. My metabolism is very fast and I still was able to gain 35 pounds over the last 2 years
@@PedroSchmith not true whatsoever am. As we can see he has all the help he can but his body will not allow him to gain weight quickly. It may worked for you but as you know he’s a kid you’re older than he is so metabolism is much faster, especially since he has a Ectomorph , body type . It’ll take time I have the same body type it took me 5 years to gain 2 pounds no matter what I eat . Clean dirty my body type process so quickly & still does I’m 44 year old but only weighs 200 pounds over years & year of over eating even got up to 8k calories a day . Nothing worked but since I got older I picked up weight with crazy muscle gains but still stuck on 200 lbs
