For sleeves cast on 40 sts
Knit 12 rows according to pattern than increase 1-1 stitch from both sides in every sixth rows, adjust the increased stitches according to pattern continue increaseing stitches untill the length of sleeves equivalent to armhole after that bindoff all stitches
Knit sleeves approximately 8 Inches

What to do
we can bindoff the stitches without shifting them into the the two pointed needle
Take one stitch from the first needle ,one stitch from the second needle and bind them with the same procedure as shown in video(Knit2together to make 1 and bind off all the stitches with the same process)
