See a specialist, ask bharti singh if she knows any dr because she too has knee issue i guess saw her at pardiwala in kokilaben , he is the top most dr , even bipasha basu i saw her the same day, pls check with someone and find out the right solution, surgery should be the last option though❤

For arthritic pain try eating jowar ya nachni rotis instead of wheat an rice as it will have no glutton. For one month only jowar ya nachn twice and then you have to eat it at least once in a day.

I hv been noticing ur problem with legs for quite a long time now
I would highly recommend u to consult a good chiropractor because chiropratics have succeeded in many cases such as childhood and long term health issues. After failing with other treatments, chiropractics has shown positive results in one of my relatives' lower back injury.
Please consider my suggestion and atleast for once consult a chiropractor for their opinions.
