"When I'm lost I'll come to you So blue, I'm feeling you When I'm lost I'll come to you I'm blue, I feel you" This song fits Bodybuilding SO well. The gym is the only thing in my life that's stable, weight's are always going to be there, I can always turn to my workouts with whatever emotion i'm feeling and I come out feeling 10x better.
As someone who has been in the game for over 38yrs, I can tell you that bodybuilding is not a sport...it's a art, a science. The passion, motivation, dedication, knowledge and sacrifice one puts themselves through eithen when you think you’re not going to realize your dreams makes it more than a sport. Bodybuilders venture where sports people never go, muscle breakdown, something all sports competitors avoid like the plague and that's just one example I can quote...John!!
With all the deaths in bodybuilding this song and video hits different. Ive been watching for 10 years and this is a sport that demands TOTAL commitment to succeed, even if it costs you everything.
Dedication and diet and workout is hard in your rest in your life dont cry life is hard.. es duro ser bodybuilden no echo o la mañana son años 10 asta 15 años
"its not the steroid that makes the champion, buts its the hard training, the dedication, the dieting, the sacrifice and the genetics the person has which make that champion" You don't realize how true this is...
I signed in just for u ...If u want to acomplish something u ever dreamed about it's never too late , go for it cause in the end u got only one life..wish u the best
not right. Its a 24 hours lifestyle you need to eat 6 times natural or not natural a day. The ones who want to turn pro can take the step with roids to go further their genetics maximum achievement. Everybody decides for himself.
Nooo man nooo maybe you dont have train really harddd like you feel dead like you feel all your muscle its over like feel puke and fever...and if its not your style to can eat so hard and all this meals the steroids cant do anythink...you must push your self so hard like the and of world comes like hell
@@murinho7 I mean... I take testosterone and I can say it 100% changes how aggressively Im able to train. Its not the entire formula, but its a key component. Cant get that big and lean without Test and HGH... Dont forget the post workout insulin too these days... Along with diet, hardcore training, lots of rest, and prime genetics. Its every single part all raveled together. Take the gear away and 280 lbs offseason is closer to 210 lbs. Its just how it is.
Woah ... I don't need a pre workout man.. Just this video before my sets and BAM.. Salute and thanks for the motivation. You definitely are among the top motivational channels on youtube.
GO FOR IT MAN! Just by reading your comment, u inspired me. I'm only 19 but the fact that you still believe you can do it motivates me! GET TO WORK CHAMP!!
I used to think that all you had to do to get big was take steroids but now that I've learned more and been working out myself I've come to the realization that it takes diet, heart, hard work, dedication, consistency, nutrition, and your whole life has to be dedicated to it. Steroids don't make you great. It's everything that I listed that makes a champion.
so much better than the bodybuilding videos that have 'let the bodies hit the floor' as the soundtrack, or any random heavy metal track that doesnt match the video
I started training about a year and half ago. I have never felt better, alive, inspired, and positive in my life until I started training. I don't do it to be better than you. I do it to be better than me. It is addicting. why wouldn't waking up everyday without being able to wait to feel the best you have ever felt "again" not be addicting?
I din't care who is taking what crazzy props to all these freakin guys they are awesome and much props for making this video I was hooked on this video 8 years ago n still watching it till this day! Man this is more than a sport its a life style it changes everything

Well when you start going to the gym it's best to measure your body monthly(Biceps etc.) at first ,depending on how you work out, you should notice 0.5 - 1cm gain monthly. After a while the growth should stop,it's different for everyone. When you don't notice any growth you should either take a week break,or change up your program, start using nutritions(protein, amino acids etc) and if that doesn't help make your body grow even more that's when you have reached your limit.
well the point of bodybuilding is to challenge yourself to another level,to look better physically n live a healthy life other than that helps to get alot of stress outa your system n just gives you a fantastic feeling inside you, other than that more self confidence ...etcc
He just does it every 6 days, so it should move from week to week if im correct. Don't try that schedule, especially if natty. Try your own, should work much better :D Goodluck my brother!
leb , there is something to be added to this equation, in arnolds day no one thought og using growth hormone on top of roids. Arnold used roids, but also many bodybuilders all the way up into the 80's did alot of over training. Dorian changed all that as he stacked roids and growth hormone and after that during the 90's roids was stacked with growth hormone and synthol injections. even though bodbyulders workout hard, the sort is more about drugs than anything else.
I always wanted to bodybuild. It was one of my dreams but i just couldn't because i had to work to maintain a life. But now i'm 44 yrs old. Do you guys think i can still body build or its too late?...
What makes me wonder is ... why all the bodybuilding books say you should lift with slow tempo ... maybe 2 up 4 down ... but from what I've seen in this video and other ... most don;t use this priciple
You're right in a way, but remember that every person does what he/she loves no matter what it looks for others. Bodybuilding is beautiful for some people, others may find it nasty, like you for example; but the main thing is that this sport is a life of sacrifice, they look like monsters yeah, but they deserve A LOT OF RESPECT.
when preworkouts didn't exist...
...there was something even better:

pre-works with methamphetamine were legal back then. :)

who cares if they are taking steroid?? just look how they train and how they eat !!!
they train and eat like that because of steroids. I'm not against steroids, but they are big from abusing them

Whoever made this video has awesome taste in music and combining it with video!
The one motivational video with "the browning" was amazing!
It's not the steroids, it's the dedication, hard-work, and attitude that you will go into the gym and give it your 100% effort EVERY single damn time.
Late at night, having your last meal for the day watching Zhasni’s video on a laptop, God be praised!
BODYBUILDING IS MY LIFE! respect for everyone who do this!
