the most important thing is not racket angle, but the timing. you must take the ball early off the bounce, DO NOT wait. and also depending on if you want to block or re-spin, you will either drag the ball down or guide it forward
Almost a year into TT and this is (after return of spinny services) by far the most difficult thing for me. Normal blocks are going smooth. But slow/heavy loops I always return too high for opponent to smash or I miss the table completely. Feeling-wise my racket angle is closed enough, so I'm always confused and frustrated. Have yet to try the small forward motion and a bit more steady grip on impact. Thank you for the advice.
What about where on the table to place the block to make next ball difficult for opponent, depending on the type opponent, their distance from table, etc.?
Learnng by watching is Real/Effective , thanks to You ...Beethoven of the Paddle . Question : do you have plan to sell a YangYang's racket based on your own experience ?
Coach ma'am kindly advise in table tennis match if ball hits rim or say edge of blade of t.t racket (any wooden part of racket not covered by rubbers whether ball is still in play or i loose point. Can I hit ball with handle of racket and it is legal. Kindly reply with ittf rule numbers in this regard Thank you coach
I always struggle to know where the opponent is placing the ball next, thus I lose many points. May I request that you make a video on how to predict the ball's next direction of trajectory
@@nguyenanhquynh7322 that's true, but my dad's loops are Chinese national level loops, so it's really hard to even properly place balls against such level, knowing that their serves are so good.
Very nice Mrs.Teacher!!!!Pepa from Prague
The explanation is very good and it helps me a lot. Good job!

I miss her iconic short skirt :(
Sorry, it's winter time >_< hha
This wouldn't work effectively against good players. But it's good advice.
well, even very top players are also using techniques. you can adjust the placement to make it harder for your opponent to attack.

@@andyzhou1668 so you should simply improve your block technique, that is it :-)
