The “Out there somewhere” at the end hit in a way that’s hard to describe. To see such a beast show a sense of weakness and remorse is something you don’t see too often. Amazing job Coda, simply wonderful.
It's sad, Rebecca had such a hard life and just got reward negatively with getting trapped in a TV as Amanda
This animation made her show more emotion. Then original has shown, it expresses well that she’s out there somewhere.

her hands are shaking, she doesn’t know who she is anymore, this makes us cry because to some people, its sad to see a child suffering in tapes being turned into a monster, and not being able to get help, this is truly sad and made me cry
Wooly's resignation at 2:25 says a lot. Either about how powerless he ultimately is or about the subconscious guilt he feels keeping Amanda, Rebecca, trapped trying to stop the monster. Either way, you gotta feel bad for the poor guy.
HOLY MOLY that last part where she presses her head to the tape while mouthing the words to the song was simply perfect. It truly showed her frustration, anger, and sadness all in one moment of vulnerability

MY HEART HURTS AFTER WATCHING THIS-
Zam, hearing a monstrosity of a creature that mainly doesn't hesitate to harm you or others speaking in a gentle tone, "I'm out there, somewhere." Just broke my heart.
Maybe I have too much sympathy for simple franchise characters, but this was epic. Even without the HD setting on, it blew me away with its quality. (When I turned it on to HD my head blew up.)
Smooth as butter animation, character models are enticing, and overall, a banger song.

This song really does amazingly well to summarize how lost both of these souls are and the hopelessness they were made to endure and still do. Even seeing the demon form at the end lightly rest its head on the tape has it also wishing for rest. Makes me hope that they find it. 10/10 song for sure.

DUUUUDE the ending where she comes out of the fire looked amazing!! And that ending line with her looking at the tape in the flames gave me chills. Amazing animation! The entire video was so well made!
I love this version because not only does it show that amanda isn't trying to hurt us, but it also shows wooly's backstory that maybe he's another child.
My favorite part was Amanda’s part, where she sings “Won’t you help the lonely kitten? I am out there, out there somewhere. You’re my friend, and friends share secrets, I am out there, out there somewhere.” And I especially love the ending where Monster Amanda sings the end “Out there somewhere.” The animation was so good and I love your work!

So nobody mentions how Wooly is like a ghost? While Amanda's in the TV? Really makes you think about who he really is.
Anyway, this is actually pretty sick. The models are expressive and overall nice to look at.
Wooly got catched by a Bright Hand. So probably he turned him like this hologram so he can interact with Ridley.
It might have to do with him being theorized to be remnants/memories of Sam Colton, but even tho he was bound to the tapes as Wooly, he isn’t bound to the demon itself, so i guess he has a bit more freedom of movement than Amanda (theorized to be remnants/memories of Rebecca). But it’s just a guess lol

I have a theory, the theory is that Amanda or whatever her real name is, is in a constant rage that she is the monster that’s haunting the tapes. And I think that when Amanda gets out of that rage the monster will leave her.

Bro this is phenomenal. The song ain't even been out for 2 weeks and you still destroyed it on the creativity, lighting, effects (both particle and editing). You astound me, man.

2:11 and 2:33 Okay I noticed that brilliant animation metaphor here. Like okay, yes, most people are focusing the last bit where Amanda in her monster form, lays her head on the tape in defeat with her singing being like a last attempt almost like a plea saying she is still “out there”. That was sad yes and great way to show her conflict BUT what people are not talking about it that at 2:11 before the screen faded out, you can see demon that took over Amanda and is claws closing in on her. And as they start to show again at the start 2:33 and start to slowly reach to grab her, her eyes become the symbol of the pause button, meaning you could have still prevent it and make the choice of saving her from turning into the demon that took over which makes it sadder when you think about it. Like we could have save her but can choose not and ignored her 😢
