Thank you! There was a small glitch there. It would have been wise to use a white wire on the positive “+” connection but Black was all I had. This could be confusing as the black is standard for negative. Nonetheless, it was easier to follow with multi colored wires.
It is a wall finish putty used to fill imperfections (it is called “glet” in my country). You can use acrylic putty or anything else used for cracks repair in construction that is paintable after it hardens.

@@LifeHackerMax was that really a glitch, black is mostly negative and we see a lot of red wires for positive. I didn't think white suite better
