Brian was more pressing, not driving sideways.

      True,he's training inside side Pressure
Whereas he should work on outside side Pressure, especially if he wants to go with a toproll instead of an hook

Brians lift is kind of an inside press, not at all the same lift as Michael's outside side toproll move. His arm is inside his shoulder and he uses his triceps to press it down.

Just a note that without a scale-tested number to show the weight of each of these lifts at the handle they are impossible to compare accurately. Each machine has different leverages and friction levels between the joints that would all contribute to the actual weight felt at the handle. It could be a significantly different number(greater than 10-20%), even.

The arm you pull on is twice the radius of the wheel the cable is connected to, so the real weight is about half the weight on the pin.

Я потею, как и большинство тяжеловесов, на разминке. Много разнообразных движений, энергичных. А в силовой тренировке не потею, так как между тяжелых подходов на 3 повторения приходится отдыхать по 5-7 минут.

torque= strength* length, so for the same strength, the length of the handle and the radius of the circle of the machine makes the difference. No accurate comparing the lifts between them, since they use different machines.

The way michael is doing the exercise, he is focusing on how he pulls, which is an outside toproll. Brain is pressing the weight. The 2 lifts are not even the same at all. This is an outside toproll vs a press. Be more genuine with your commentary. Thank you come again!
