When I heard that inspirational speech near the end, I was speechless. We're all creators, and we can do things, and the more we can create, the more we can improve and find out how things work.
Episode 1 was literally one of the first videos I ever watched when I discovered UA-cam. I’ve been following this series since I was seven years old, and now I’m eighteen. Forget thanking us, I thank YOU for creating a massive part of my childhood. The amount joy I felt whenever I saw a new episode in my sub feed from when I knew what it is to the end of the show was spectacular. I’m so glad that this even happened and I will always remember it. It’s because of you that I want to be a UA-camr and it’s because of your series that I’m currently working on my own Sonic fan project that I hope reaches this level. Thank you so much for everything that you and your series has done for my life and I hope the end of it doesn’t mean the end of your time UA-cam. You’re awesome, and keep on being you.
@@SonicandDucktalesProductions if my math adds up correctly this means you'd currently be about 14 or 15, and episode 5 was made about 13 or 14 years ago now, so you'd have been 2 or 3 years old at oldest. So somehow I doubt this.
I think we all grew up with this I remember when you didn’t use sets or voice actors my first video of yours was that video you made with the shadow plush and then I found one of the stop motions
It's been 2 years since piplups last post. 2 years since the last actual piece of content uploaded to this channel...I grew up on this series. And I'll probably never forget it. Whatever project you're pursuing man, whatever career path or decision, good luck. Thanks for giving me such a fire series to grow up on.
50:09 really hit home, drawing and stop motions were my two favourite things and I abandoned them out of fear of what other people might think of them, I think it’s time I start again, thank you Steven you always seem to say or do things that inspire me, that being the series or the life choices I make, you and your creations have had a profound impact on me and I’m sure many others.
Knowing that someone else spends an insane amount of time cropping characters from backgrounds is oddly validating. Also, I came here to pay my respects. Sonic stop motion channels are what made me want to animate when I was a kid. So thank you for your service.
Didn’t expect to see my own comment at 42:18, that was really sweet. Overall this was a really excellent documentary that I’ve been excited for since you announced it. It’s one thing to hear how you made the series in the commentaries but to see the process visually with some spectacular editing is something else altogether. And that inspiring ending speech really was great too.
This honestly got me so emotional. As someone who grew up with the show, I mean it when I say it inspired me, a passion project started by one person that was able to touch the lives of so many people is an incredible feat that I hope to live up to. You can rest easy knowing you've made everyone incredible. Love you Steven, stay strong ❤️ (The use of Black Parade at the end was genius btw, and actually kinda made me tear up)
Congrats man, the journey was a blast and you deserve all the kudos in the world. I wouldn’t ever forget the sense of community during those streams with AJ. Seeing the series as I grew is something that is really special. Thanks for all the time just watching your show Steven.
Piplup, Steven, whatever you would like us fans to call you, I just want to say thanks. Thanks for making such an awesome series. The ending of this video genuinely made me cry. I usually dont cry over YT vids but this one was special. You are awesome. You made part of my childhood great. Me and my brother would watch your vids all the time back in the early 2010's. He has since moved on from Sonic, but I have stuck around, and Im glad I did. Im glad I did because I got to experience this great series. You are a prime example of the greatness from the Sonic the Hedgehog Fandom. You took your own time to create something for people to watch and enjoy and asked for nothing back but for people to watch. We can all learn a thing or two from you man. Once again, thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
Bro my childhood!!!!! Your the man! Thanks for all the work you put in man. Hope your doing everything you ever dreamed. I know you inspired my brother and I to do so.
Hey Piplupfan77, it's me one of the winners from the competition, and I just want to say Thank you. Thank you for building people's childhoods, thank you for inspiring others to do things that they think they can't do, thank you for bringing something new to the table of the sonic fanbase as a whole. You have effected peoples lives with your stories, the stories that you made from your own mind, it takes a lot of creativity to make such a long series for so many years. You've even inspired me to make my own sonic series, it may not be stop motion, but it still effects me as a whole since you've been such an great inspiration to me just like the original creator of sonic. Once again, all I have to say is 'Thank You'. -Just K&J
4 years ago I used to watch him on Sonic stop motion adventures this is was my childhood growing up if you ever read this just know you haven't been forgotten
Not gonna lie I shed some manly tears watching this. I've been watching since the 1st episode with my older sister when I was 5 years old. You inspired me to draw sonic characters when I was little. I'm glad I was one of the many to watch this series, wait for new episodes, and just enjoy the episodes unfold. Thank you.
I just have to say thank you for everything, my love for sonic grew with this channel and I was around 10 when I first saw your videos and now I’m 17(gonna be 18 soon) thank you for making my childhood great, hope you have a great life my dearest friend.
Ive watched this since i was six. Your amazing. This is amazing. You pit so much time and effort in your work. Just for us! Thank You for making these.
I know I said this after I watched the series finale, but I want to give you my sincere thank you Steven. After almost ten long years of making Sonic stop motion videos you have poured out your heart and soul into making this series. I will be completely honest I didn't know about your UA-cam channel or your series when it first started up until 2013 and I didn't start watching the series until one day in early 2018 I decided, "sure I'll take a look at it". So I did and I loved it instantly, it was such a good show from beginning to end you improved so much after all these years. I enjoyed watching every single second of your show and I seriously cannot wait for the season uploads to be on UA-cam. I'm so glad that you put so much time into making this project, I'm also glad you're able to rest easy for now. I hope you'll go far in life Steve and create something original. Thank you so much.
Tears are the only thing I could say. To think I've been watching you ever since I was 12 years old, coming home from school and watching SSMA while writing my own Sonic show is something I will never forget. being able to understand your drive as well as your mission to not only entertain us but to share your ideas by finding "Your creative outlet" It's been an absolute HORNER to grow up watching this show that now has a huge impact on my life. Thank you Steven for not only giving us something to look forward to but to giving us such an amazing childhood, even in the darkest of times this show was the light that lifted me out of the darkness. Thank you for creating this AMAZING show, and I hope to see you return in the future.
I even cant begin to describe my feelings after watching this video. This very thing is what inspired me to create animations, any type of animation wether its stop motion or cartoon. This silly thing that cost me so much of my money to buy jazzware figures (i live in a 3rd world country and HARDLY sell any sonic goodies here) just to bring my ideas to life. I really cant put to words how this is so important to me as an aspiring creator, and as a person. Thanks steven.
You are such an inspiration. Your work is amazing! It’s really motivated me to keep working on my own stop motions. I haven’t been watching your very long ,only have watched it twice, once like 3 years ago and once again now. Despite that, your show was always in the back of my mind, and I would find myself randomly remembering scenes and laughing cuz of the humor, or just remembering how awesome the scenes were. Both times when I’ve finished the series I’ve felt sad, knowing it doesn’t continue, but also happy, knowing that I can just go back and watch it and learn things about animating even if it isn’t through a tutorial. It was really cool watching this and sorta finally getting that tutorial that I had been waiting for. And the ending of this video was amazing! I genuinely felt tears coming up as I watched it, seeing someone be so passionate about something. I’m planning to make my own (not quite as long) sonic series so I will definitely re watch this to find inspiration and have something to watch while creating. Thank you for putting the effort and time into making this, and I hope your doing well!
I can’t imagine what a surreal feeling it must be as a stop motion animator to take the very last frame of such a huge project. It feels surreal even as a viewer remembering just watching this for fun when I was like 7, to coming back now to learn about the passion and creative process while I’m 17. Thanks, for being a great childhood memory of mine. :D
It's crazy yet commendable how much work you put into those last few episodes. I got super lazy just thinking about all the editing you talked about. This series, along with SupeSonicBoom's videos were apart of my childhood, and is what inspired me to make my own stop motions at the age of 13. I hope the new generation can watch this doc and be encouraged to continue this craft.
wow what a roller coster the last 9 years has been. this show is my childhood and is very important to me. this isnt just a story or a little hobbie this is the art of film and the love thaat comes with it. this show will forever be a moment in my life and something i will never forget - thank you steven
Thanks for making these videos, and thanks for being part of my childhood bro. See you soon to one of my best childhood UA-camrs, you are in my top 10, and I’ve seen a lot but they didn’t make a lot of masterpieces like this, thanks for that. You deserve this 👑
Can’t believe it been 6 years since it ended I like to come back half or a year to relived my childhood video that I use to watch if you reading this I want to say thank you for making becoming a sonic fan
Thanks for this amazing documentary Steven! Its so stoked to see the insane effort going into the last 2 episodes behind the camera. I'm really happy you never gave up and even let others know why we're all creators and giving us these awesome inspirational quotes. As always the series has been an awesome ride and I can't wait for any future projects or even videos you have for us in store. Once again, thank you and have a good one!
This is one of the best sonic stop motion series I ever watch. Ever since I watched a few episodes I started watching them all and been waiting for more episodes when they came out. I miss this series it was a very good one
This is one of the many first things I watched on UA-cam thc man you and bythewayisay inspired me to wanna make stop motion to thanks bro for making lots of childhoods
"If you ever get that..."itch" you know where we are." Unknown If you ever feel like doing this again...we'll gladly watch until then....a major part of my childhood......has ended.
this is literally my childhood bro. you inspired me to make my own stop motion sonic videos when i was little. though they never went anywhere watching this back in 2022 at 18 years old really brings a tear to my eye. i came back to this channel because i just recently started collecting sonic mini figures again to relive my childhood and its so nostalgic seeing all these figures i used to have ALL OF THEM. This channel was literally beautiful bro thank you for the memories 🙏🏽🙏🏽
I started watching this show the *moment* I got my first phone. I remember sitting in my room watching your videos in awe and admiration. You built who I am as a person, and I wanna thank you for that. It’s been 3 years now, and it’s coming up on 11 years since the first episode came out, and during that time you’ve inspired me to pursue art as a major and begin script writing. So, thanks man. It really does mean a lot
That creator speech at the end I think personally made me have a spark of inspiration to keep on going with my creative path, and for that, i want to thank you Steven, for all the years of entertainment since I was 11 and sitting in my room watching episode 18 for the first time and thinking, "I could do that". Which let to my love of animation and storytelling to this day :)
God... what a fantastic video to end off. It gave a lot of tips and tricks that not only were helpful for you, but many others who want to do this type of stuff. But the end has got to be the best part. So inspiring and full of heart, it may have sounded cliché, but it was the spirit which made it 100x more meaningful. I wanna say thank you so much for doing this entire series, this is pretty much my first time putting a comment here since I never know what to say xP I remember starting off a few episodes in (yes, the very first) this was when I loved watching stop motion animations and tried to watch as much as possible. Sadly, I kinda forgot about it because school was coming more an more into my life, it was getting stressful too. It was until I found a newer video popped up and memories came back to me, except it kept up with how awesome I always thought these shows were because of your growing skills with stop motion! Ever since that, I always watched any new episodes that came out or even older ones to keep myself occupied. Im so happy to hear that you came over hard obstacles that came your way as well as learning from them! And I will keep in mind that message at the end of this video. Thank you so much for going all this way to create such a great series, I hope the best coming your way from now on :)
Thank you for memorable years of my childhood even though your series has ended when fans like us come back to this channel and watch your past videos just know this and yourself will never be forgotten and with I think I speak for all of us when I saw thank you so much for this series
Damn, it’s been 5 years already since this series came to an end. It’s kinda crazy to think about, but they say “time flies” for a reason. Though I’m immensely late, thanks for being apart of my childhood, watching SSMA made me joyful, thrilled and inspired, feelings I am beginning to grow further apart from currently, but hey, it’s good to remember who you once were.
This gave me the inspiration I needed to not let my creativity down. All I can say, is that looking at this "silly" show and the success it brought you, I keep thinking "This man deserves every bit of what he has and maybe even more" and I get super inspired. Thank you
Hearing that Hyper Sonic wasn't a separate figure was astonishing; it's almost hard to believe how much effort went into even one episode. The amount of effort that you put into this series is simply breathtaking, and I'm glad that this was a part of my childhood. Just, well done. And thank you. Maybe I'll get started on some ideas I've had.
Thank you Steven. I don't usually comment on videos, but this is a special occasion. I grew up on old sonic stop motion videos back when I was a small lad. I even started to make my own stop motions( I had a 3ds at the time). They weren't that good. I'm both sad that the series is over and happy that it happened in the first place. You were and are an inspiration to me. Now that I finished this video, I can say that you inspired me. Once again, thank you for sonic stop motion adventures and for the memories.
Can’t believe this man I spent a while looking for your channel I used to watch you all the time sucks to know it came to an end this will always be apart of my childhood
Man....I just got started on this series and now it’s done......it’s funny.....I’m watching the hole series right now to see what happened before, and yeah......it’s a cool series and thank you for making it and thanks for doing all this for us, even through those hard times....... I appreciate that, and yeah, see you on the other side ;)
I knew it, I knew Tails Channel was the main villain from the start! All jokes aside, thank you for the memories you gave us, the many laughs and the many days you made us sleep in while we were happy. I, and I think I speak for everyone here, thank you for everything, and I sincerely hope the best for your future.
Hey man. You probably won't see this comment but thanks for all the work you put in back then. Watching these on the family computer when i was 9 or 10 years old really made my childhood. I remember buying the same sonic figures and making stop motion films with them on my 3ds. You really made my childhood imagination. Thanks for everything and hope life is going well
Dude i watched this whilst animating a sonic pixel thing i was starting to do and when the end rolled around that hit straight home for me and i dont think i could repay you for the hours of entertainment or ideas youve given me but i think i dont have to even though i want to, i dont have to i could just do my part and be as inspiring you were to me and others me, and a lot of other creators, to a whole new generation of people thanks for the years of entertainment and anticipation mate we all owe you big time
This popped back up on my recommended so I decided to re watch and leave a comment with frontiers coming out in about a week I want to thank you for getting me into sonic your stuff is probably one of the first sonic things I've ever seen so thank you for making this series and I hope you are doing well
dude this show was my childhood man i would just like to thank you for everything every single episode inspiring me more and more and once again thank you.
This was my childhood I started watching your videos Back at 2010 you deserve to rest now thank you for everything it’s a shame that the series has come to an end but........ Most of your childhood won’t last long May God Bless Your Soul and have Nice peaceful life 🙂
After that ending speech I feel like taking a good cry. Out of joy. All the joy you've given me and countless others through a hobby from your childhood. I could pour paragraph upon paragraph at you as to why this series is great like I have before, but now I just want to say thanks. For everything. Hopefully we'll cross paths again. See you soon man, godspeed
i remember watching this channel way back in 2013. a couple days ago i decided to come back just to see if it was even still on yt. i was so happy to see it still is. this show was awesome and it's been super nostalgic to watch parts of it again. congrats on the series end dude!
You have done loads of work for the last episodes and just seeing the many things you did to make the two episodes was incredible. I've actually learned more things than I thought I would today. One was seeing you from beginning to end of creating sonic stop motion adventures. ( Geez at 13! Having better ideas than me 😂) The second thing was the inspiring message you putted out towards the end. I'm very happy you made this documentary. Thank you so much for giving something special in my childhood💖 I hope you have an awesome day and An awesome life
This was a part of my childhood.. Thanks for that

Floesion me to remember all the great memories
Yep.
We basically grew up with him.

@Trey3n They seem to have just move on.
Yeah I think he's still active on Twitter since he has a post where he's at the sonic 2 movie picture board or something like that
Now 4.
Well now it have been 4 years
Who knew Sonic Toast himself made an 11 year old become more Icon than him in just about a decade.

"If you ever get that..."itch" you know where we are." Unknown
If you ever feel like doing this again...we'll gladly watch until then....a major part of my childhood......has ended.
This show was the best sonic show we've gotten. Thanks for making the coolest Sonic fan show ever!!!
this is literally my childhood bro. you inspired me to make my own stop motion sonic videos when i was little. though they never went anywhere watching this back in 2022 at 18 years old really brings a tear to my eye. i came back to this channel because i just recently started collecting sonic mini figures again to relive my childhood and its so nostalgic seeing all these figures i used to have ALL OF THEM.
Your stop motion to this day is still amazing! I wish you the best of luck on your future!
DUDE THIS IS AMAZING!!Thank you 4 showing us this! Honestly I would NOT have the patience for each frame to be captured. CONGRATS 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
Love the thumbnail dude mad respect
I found this show on episode 20 and loved the excitement of finding out you posted another episode this is one of the best series’s on UA-cam
I actully grew up with this AND I hope there may be more other projects
This is the best sonic media that has ever existed to me this is an actual TV show
Going down memory lane right now
God... what a fantastic video to end off. It gave a lot of tips and tricks that not only were helpful for you, but many others who want to do this type of stuff. But the end has got to be the best part. So inspiring and full of heart, it may have sounded cliché, but it was the spirit which made it 100x more meaningful.
I wanna say thank you so much for doing this entire series, this is pretty much my first time putting a comment here since I never know what to say xP
I remember starting off a few episodes in (yes, the very first) this was when I loved watching stop motion animations and tried to watch as much as possible.
All of this is my childhood i can't believe its gone now. Hope whoever starts watching this enjoys it. Thx for the laughs and fun.

The last speech almost made me cry and filled me with determination! Thank you so much for this awesome series!!! You inspire me :)
Looking back at this series I am glad you made it. It help me when I was sad and or sick of every other youtubers that I watched. Thanks Steven
This gave me the inspiration I needed to not let my creativity down. All I can say, is that looking at this "silly" show and the success it brought you, I keep thinking "This man deserves every bit of what he has and maybe even more" and I get super inspired. Thank you
I loved this so much as a kid, I just randomly revisited the channel
Y’know. This whole channel was my childhood and I loved it, I came back to see what was up. Thank you for making my childhood more entertaining!
This series was a big part of my childhood thank you
Hearing that Hyper Sonic wasn't a separate figure was astonishing; it's almost hard to believe how much effort went into even one episode.
I'm not a sonic fan but this means a lot to me I remember watching this all the time after school.
I watched the first episode when i was like 11! It brought me soo many memories!
Hey man. You probably won't see this comment but thanks for all the work you put in back then. Watching these on the family computer when i was 9 or 10 years old really made my childhood. I remember buying the same sonic figures and making stop motion films with them on my 3ds. You really made my childhood imagination. Thanks for everything and hope life is going well
Since you got older as the series went on, it's like the characters actually grew up with us. Thank you.

Thank you for making this. I can’t explain how much of my childhood was consumed by watching your content

You Were The Show I Saw I My Early Stages Of Being A Sonic Fan, I will Miss This Series , I Want This To Return
