I filmed this video 2 weeks ago and finally got around to editing it. Sorry if i'm all over the place with this video... i feel like i kept loosing my train of thought. Haha, but hopefully it came out okay. I wanted to share all the different variations of the classic flap/reissues that i have... i thought it would be interesting to compare them and discuss the wear. Hopefully this is helpful for some of you.

Nice collection. Enjoyed seeing different colours to the norm. I love the extra large flap. I have the 227 reissue that is huge & I find it so functional. It’s in lambskin with a light pearl finish, it’s so functional and beautiful. I’d love to own this. 💯😻

The vintage pink one was recolored by the original owner (the bag was originally beige) so I wouldn’t know the name of the color, sorry! ☹️

Do you have to wear light colors with the patent bags due to potential color transfer? Do fabric bags tend to pill after several years? Fun video!
I don’t wear dark denim with patent but that’s about it. Not worried about other materials.
I haven’t had problems with pilling yet. But I imagine if you use it a lot it could happen!

I would love to hear update on if the fabric sticking from under the loop in the denim bag is fixable. Because I have heared it could not be fixed. I am super scared of my tweed flap, if that would happen if I used it more.
I will deffo give an update whenever I find out. I think il enquire about it once boutiques are operating normally.

Just wondering, what percentage of your bags did you buy second hand? Also, for the ones that you buy second hand, do you get them authenticated on your own? I am always worried about spending $ and getting scammed.
almost all the bags she has shown in the video are first hand. from what i previously understood from all her old videos.
Hey! Im assuming you’re only asking about the bags in this video. Most of my classics are bought new, with the exception of the green velvet, vintage pink, and pvc with heart clasp ... I think that’s it ☺️ I do have a video on my vintage chanel’s, which are all secondhand of course but they aren’t all classic flaps.
No, I don’t always authenticate bags. But I’ll send the link to a friend of mine who is an expert and she always gives me her advice.

As much as I do my homework, I always have that feeling in the back of my mind that it is not authentic. I was just wondering since you have so many unique pieces. Thanks for answering :)
