Yes, it's performed by real people, but with all the effects and whiteout around the dancer, there's a disconnect in your brain. A disconnect that isn't there when you see a regular person performing it.
Dancing is actually my favorite hobby everyday after school I do a couple of stretches and then I start doing my own routines until my mom gets home cuz my family doesn't like me dancing they think I'm going to get her but I'm really not dancing is really fun and it is hard but when you get used to it it's really easy.
