Hard no on public transportation. Never. Gross homeless people everywhere on there.
Surprised you didn't bother to put the link to monitor the air quality in your description and it is not a pinned comment here from you.
Gee reminds me of growing up in California’s inland empire during the 70’s. We had smog alerts a lot back then. My lungs would burn after playing in the pool for an hour or two. I’m pretty sure they were damaged back then. Heat exhaustion is serious BC It could lead to heat stroke. Staying in the shade with a fan or cool water to drink. I place a wet washcloth with some ice water over my forehead and just remain resting until the dizziness and nausea pass. If one should stop sweating, now that’s an emergent care kind of moment that’s a sign of heat stroke. It can be fatal.
Lennard Palmer a PSU professor of Geology way back in 1980 told our class that if Portland Metro ever had 10% of the vehicles as LA, the air pollution would be 100 times worse due to all the mountain ranges surrounding the Portland Metro area. I`m afraid his prediction may come true.
Wow, Must have been quiet last night. No gun stories??!!!!! C'mon you guys can do better than smog!! Well you are pushing for PGE though with the all electric right? And PGE stock must be doing nice right? 😁😆
3 ppl shot last night
Or...drive a vehicle without an exhaust pipe on it. Electric bikes, scooters, cars, any of these will get you where you need to go, without contributing to the smog.
