I just bought my Eastwood welder a month or so ago, and looks a bit different under the knob... When I unscrewed the knob, it simply spins freely when I try to screw it back on. I guess my regulator is trashed now. I guess be careful if you have a newer Eastwood regulator. Edit: I see what happened now. The knob has a threaded screw and was molded to fit the brass piece underneath. I guess I stripped out the molded plastic piece when I tried to unscrew it. I can probably fix it with some epoxy or by 3d printing a new knob. Honestly not sure how one would ever remove the knob without breaking it. Strange design.

like most things they try to make them cheaper & cheaper .
Where can parts be purchased?
I think you can get parts from eastwood also i know there are some on amazon & if you have a local welding supply shop they could help as well.
