Have you ever used Excel or Google Sheets to create Customer Journey Maps? And if so what are your tips and tricks?
I have. Mine had an uglier spreadsheety look. I will use your template next time. I used a tool called Brill to transcribe the notes from the stickies into the sheet. Let me know if you have come across a similar template for user story maps.
