Here are the Facts : Quatar : GDP Rate, 4.2 % GDP , 236.3 Billion. Pop, 28 million. Singapore: GDP rate , 3.6 % GDP 466.8 billion GDP per capital,82,877.63 Gambia : GDP rate , 4.3% GDP 2.187 billion GDP per capital 808.28 . Source , World Bank. The comparison is not even close. I don’t know about you but , when I hear ( paraphrasing) “ I don’t believe in size , we are doing this to show/demonstrate that a small country like Gambia can do big things “ , just doesn’t compute with Financial/Economic/Developmental/infrastructural realities in Gambia . I could be wrong & open to be educated.
