3:25 That was done on purpose as a demonstration of the importance of a vacuum valve. That tanker was collapsed on purpose to teach people what happens when you drain a fluid from a tank without letting air in. See all those people in the blue shirts watching? Those are trainees.
Yes, I know this was a trainer incident. I saw another video of it. It took about 40 minutes for the tank to collapse --- I think though I don't remember for sure.
True. Very old video. Quite impressive, like my science teacher doing a demo, decades ago on a tin can... small amount of water in it, cap open, burner below... then after steam and hot air escapes, whack the cap back on. Crunch! Great demo. 😎
@@maxhugen It really is an amazing way of demonstrating how much air is pressing down on all of us. I've seen a handful of other videos showing the effect. Best was what looked like a standard smallish septic tank truck. It was close enough to a pretty good quality security cam and went completely at once. Since it was actually part of a working truck, you could really appreciate just how much energy was involved. addendum: props to any company who actually sets up a demo like in this video. They are using money to brute force safety into peoples hearts and minds. Like a sledgehammer. So props to any company willing to do these realworld demonstrations.
@@whyjnot420 I became more aware of air pressure decades ago when I was scuba diving. On a deep dive to a wreck, my air only lasted 10 mins vs 60 mins at the surface, as I had to breathe it at almost six times normal atmospheric pressure to equalize with the water pressure at that depth.
@@maxhugen I remember years back when I first learned about how gasses are consumed underwater and how depth effects it. It was a perfectly obvious thing, but just presented to me in a way unlike how I had considered it before. Quite interesting. It is easier to implode a pneumatic bulk tanker than you might think. These trailers/railcars require constant supervision when under pressure. Ifound the simplest way to do that with a trailer (not railcar) is to sit on the product line underneath the trailer while offloading/transloading. The temperature and vibration of that line tells you all you need to know. And you know when you needto run for the blowdown valve even before your hearing tells you.
3:46 I think the guy hanging there is actually expending more energy, he's holding his whole body weight up, while his weight + the ladder is being split by two people.
7:11 Ahh those were the days, I remember being able to shoot over the moon like that in my youth....you young fellas have got no idea what you re in for...
8:00: It's hard to see in this video whether this is a totally competent person caught in the middle of a worn-out product --- and even Black & Decker's products wear out too, of course --- or whether this is indeed a so-called idiot at work who forgot to zip up the bag again after he emptied it the previous time.
There at the end, I got the impression that whoever it was who was laughing had pranked him and unzipped the bag, maybe to see how long it took him to notice. Some people are so cruel with their "pranks" anymore.
The third one when they fall in the water. Even though we don't follow all safety regulations at least with them their we have enough common sense not to do something like that. I have seen a lot of videos in slightly less developed countries, this stuff happens a lot. I'm not saying we don't have idiots that do dumb things on the job here in America but we might have 10% less😂😂😅

I’m completely floored by those incredible instant regret fails moments!

That worker dancing is so good 😁😁👍
I love the people who create these instant regret fails moments
I laughed so much watching this video 😂, it’s full of hilarious work moments!
Instant regret fails are the perfect pick-me-up after a long day!
Such a well-made compilation!
*Your video turned my bad day around. I was feeling pretty low, but now I’m happy. Thanks!*
Total idiots at work making Mondays bearable.
Love it i love funny video's these are fire keep making them please
That was, well, quite entertaining!
So what's with the giant glass panes being broken while the local yokels looked on?
These unbelievable moments caught on camera are nothing short of a miracle
great video
There's nothing better than instant regret fails to brighten up my day!
I’m convinced they’re just practicing for a blooper reel at this point. 🎬
Thank you for all the laughs! 😊
That tank looks like caligula’s campaign. He sucked the life out of it.
5:32 Props to the guy who made himself BIG by picking up his bike against that bear.
This made my heart melt.
This video is a ray of sunshine!
About as exciting as watching grass grow.
Awesome video ❤
Good laugh, like the DIY stairs best.
If you only use landscape mode videos, you'll have many more happy viewers!

Guy covered in white paint is drunk. Speaking Afrikaans. He doesn't know why he's covered in paint 😂
@3:28 Is not any accident or screwup. It's an implosion test. The company even made an event for it.
You are correct. Another way you can look at is that the Jolly Green Giant just finished his beer and crushed the can.
I wonder what's in there
Why is he breaking all the expensive glass? It looks like he's doing it on purpose why why why why???
My only guess is there was a defect in it's temper or it was supposed to be laminated and it was ordered as tempered instead
I would guess it’s was a mis measure once the glass is tempered it cannot be cut an expensive cock up
@@stevelake3541 almost added that too, extremely possible. Probably more likely

You’re right.
A photojournalist?
Really nice and funny videos please send more 🎉😂😂😂😂❤❤
I’ve never seen someone not know how to use a funnel 🤯🤭
I've seen it way too much. Such a simple tool, too.
26:38 MidSommar reference is actually so crazy
I really thought that funnels were pretty self explanatory, but I guess they aren't.
“Ek het niks gedrink nie” 😂
How many people were fired during the making of this video
Watching this and randomly seeing a colour's oum covered in paint...
I really think they're just rehearsing for a blooper reel now.
The best: 11:36 - 11: 56 !
11:00 they must be outta their mines😂
nice
9:31: I doubt that this was an idiot at work. It looks more like a defective valve in the gasoline dispensing wand.
FYI: It's called a gas nozzle.
The tanker employing was no accident ! It was part of a demonstration. Looks like most of this video isn’t about idiots at work . So many prank clips.
If they're pulling pranks at work they _are_ idiots.
@@paulkennedy8701 So you’re a straight up good guy that never has any fun while you work??? ROBOT 🤖. What are miserable life you must have.☹️🙁😕

8:25: What the hell? --- you broke one piece of glass and then you did it again --- and again --- and again.
Maybe there was some flaw in the glass that made it worthless, so it was destroyed.
It was probably the wrong dimensions. The truck driver is responsible for returning it to the sender! He just needs it unloaded!
Thank you for sharing the video it's very interesting, I didn't waste my time watching it
If you didn't watch it, how would you know if it was interesting or not? That is the dumbest comment I've ever read.

The tanker imploding was a controlled test. Not an accident or stupid mistake.
