Thanks! I have a new inspector, who found all kinds of problems...water too high over media, etc. He is thinking the media might be cleaned, but is unlikely. How much does it cost to replace the media, and how often does that need done?
My system smell bad at the pump area that is next to the house. No one knows why.. when the blower is turned off no smell. it smells like back flow from the tank it reeaks and is 3 years old and has always had this trouble. I would like some help to determine what is going on.
