Yes the melody is the most beautiful of all the anthems I've ever heard. If I didn't know better would think it's a religious hymn sung at church (sounds exactly like one). And the lyrics are really moving as well. Finland here 🇫🇮
DUDE that viola guy is having his bow so OFF ! wtf is going on with the violin players too! i mean they have to play it in the middle not have your bow being all cricket ! but the brass and percussion are perfect btw . This is prob the best version ive found for Wilhemus and to be honest i think the violin and viola need a better teaching because their bow its so off! but great playing !
I think someone should commission the Metropole Orchestra to create a high quality extensive arrangement for the Dutch National Anthem. It hasn't been done so far... Is there a hesitation to create a creative yet respectful version of the oldest national hymn in the world?

Older people have more experience with the instruments, and Dutch people are white.
