Abby's Seattle Day 2 is the scariest
This Hotel Place is scary full of Clickers, Bloaters/Shamblers & Stalkers and The Rat King in the Hospital is so one of a hell experience
yeah i seriously considered quitting by the time i was in the hospital. i was like... this keeps getting scarier and i'm gonna die of it

The thing about this level and how they designed it, is that it really makes um feel like you going down to hell. The abundance of orange and red going down, the ruins and creepy destroyed architecture, the enemy types, the whole vibe.
Easily one of the best if not the best encounter in the game. Yep, it's like descending to the depth of hell.

The hates because of what happened to Joel, and also Ellie’s part of the story. Going to Seattle and killing all accomplices in Joel’s death to get revenge is not what fans wanted
@@mrtrolly4184 ellie and joel frolicking happily on a field of daisies like the uncharted games. Not me tho, Ive always known TLoU has a way darker tone, and even from the 1st game I knew Joel would eventually need to atone for what he did in the hospital. TLoU 2 is a heavy, complex story to tell, but definitely not a bad one.
Too many plot holes and retcon of importants events of part 1 to force this bad history in summary

I'm at this point of the game now but I have to say I enjoy playing Abby. There are people who didn't like this version because it forced them to play her but I actually like seeing two different sides. Both have genuine rights for wanting vengeance but it's cost them a lot!

I've played this like 7 times through and dozens of random chapter run throughs and I only now realized she clipped the mask onto the outside of her backpack
But she hasn't been infected yet... oh no
They meet up with Fireflies in the ending...
It’s so evil to show the daylight outside at 9:17, then send you back inside for the final fight.

This section scared the hell outta me. I don't consider the last of us a 'survival horror' game but this is some of the most scared I've ever been while playing a videogame

When I did this part of the game, once I had the gas mask I high tailed it back. I heard all the creeps but I didn't see a single one of them. I had no intention of finding out what the game was about to throw at me.... Well now I know.

absolutely hated the amount of stalkers in this game. they were alright when stuck to the wall tho lol as long as you saw them in time, easiest kill
Definitely this game gets better the more you play it. The kills are always different due to styles of gameplay. I now just ignore the story plot and just enjoy the gameplay. When the multilayer finally comes out, its going to be worth tbe wait. Naughty Dog is meticulous on details and REAL life ACTION gameplay.

There was a gasmask on the dead body literally 2 floors up from their starting location which you pass on the way down in the stairwell.

Abby's mechanics were so refreshing and made you feel like a fucking monster just getting into fist fights with the infected. Ellie's stealth segments are satisfying but going full aggressive with abby also just feels incredible.
Ellie can be a litle demon too in combat, just slicing people up with her knife, brutally gutting them basically.
Would have been much better with Joel instead of some girl head spliced to a body builders body

If she has open wounds on her hands from punching infected, wouldnt that cause her to get infected too?
That always annoyed me about The Walking Dead. They get infected from a bite but not from getting open wounds and eyes splashed with zombie fluids. But I suppose total realism would make for a boring Apocalypse!
@@mikes5637 Just imagine a Apocalypse scenario where getting wounded or even scratched leads to you being infected by the disease, causing immediate death or mutation into a zombie or something else. Honestly would be more intense than the walking dead.

Why don’t you do the full story with these difficultly settings on video, would be great to see and including the permadeath setting really can make it the ultimate hardcore experience put your skills to the real test

See we have moments like this in the game that make me question why people hate this game so much I know they hated there favorite character died but it's a game in a apocalyptic world were anything can happen, and I would love for a 3rd game with Elle finding Dena and Abbey and Elle befriending each other.
The pacing and rising action is way to off, the closer look does a better analysis than the energy I can muster

@@cosmicbilly if a body had decomposed that severely while wearing the gas mask it would be pretty much useless as all the rotting flesh would have clogged the respirator system. Definitely one of the more "less realistic" moments in the game that's forsure

I think when it comes to the story it doesn‘t quite reach the same heights as the original or at least it‘s not as consistent as the original, mainly due to some pacing issues i have with abby’s first day in particular. But i absolutely love and respect naughty dog for not playing it safe with such a huge game and i would actually consider it a masterpiece even despite the few issues that i have

Story isn't as good but the game play and combat dialogue is fantastic. Obviously it would be as it's 7 years later but it exceeded my expectations in that area.
@@prussianwossun9152 exactly. That‘s actually why i really wouldn‘t mind a last of us remake if they do it right. The game doesn‘t need a remake but the thought of playing the original with updated AI and tlou2 graphics is very exciting

Seems like most people talk about how Creepy the clickers are, but the Stalkers creeped me out the most. I think it's because of their intelligence level. The others don't stalk you. They either stand there or stumble around until they're alerted to your presence. While the Clickers do have that creepy echolocation thing, they're just scanning for prey in general. Stealthing around them feels like bypassing a guard or something. The Stalkers, on the other hand, try to hide from you and ambush you. Besides some human enemies (looking at you DAVID) it's the only time you feel like you're actively being hunted by something that sees you as food. They're made all the more menacing by the fact that they still seem to retain some human level of intelligence. I saw one peaking out from behind a corner once and threw a pipe bomb at him, and he immediately recognized what it was and ran off. Really cool enemy design in these games.
Can you do a complete run through of this game with this type of gameplay. I'd love to see it.

As much as I hate Abby, she’s got some skills in the game. However, I do not hate Laura Bailey (who voiced Abby). I think it’s insane that she was sent death threats from some so called “fans” of TLOU.
I felt a major sense of relief when we finally made it out of there.
Abby is a bad ass. I love this game.

I tought lev would turn wearing a mask with spores in it.
This is the hardest part of the game for me. I freak out every single time and I've played the game like, six times . It's worse than the ratking. While I was watching, I realized that I don't even remember the first time I played it cause it was probably traumatizing 😅
