It's always the Eggman (or Robotnik) story I'm more interested in with these types of series. Mainly because of his more powerful robots that protect him and are somewhat comperable.
This game really should have had far more time in development and also has the entire plot and ideas remade. First off the game isn't that original since Tails once again goes to Green Hill and Knuckles in Scrap Brain, etc. However the plot of this game is a pretty big issue as it essentially takes SOH's plot and waters it down to make it look like a different idea. The gameplay also sucks pretty hard, a lot of the levels are just filled with spikes and have no depth what so ever, like most of tail's levels just have spikes instead of other types of obstacles and that's just not how you should make a stage. I also don't like the dialogue boxes using sonic battle sprites as it really doesn't fit with this game trying to be based off the classics. The whole game get's a 3/10 from me. I just don't like games like this that claim they are original but in reality are just copying a more successful sonic.exe game for attention.

Yeah I agree about the SOH bit. It’s almost exactly like it, down to having to jump to avoid sonic in H&S 1, Eggman going down the elevator etc etc. List goes on and on. I’ve yet to see a unique Sonic.exe game where it doesn’t have: Tails starting in Green Hill Knuckles in Scrap Brain Tails arriving in the tornado
