A Traditional House (Tharavadu) in the Midst of Nature | Ayalur | Palakkad | Kerala | Malayalam Vlog

Ayalur, a beautiful Palakkad village that is not visited by many. The river, ponds, paddy fields, temples and old traditional houses provides the visitor a memorable village tour experience. Today's trip is to see a Kerala styled traditional house (tharavadu) in the midst of the nature, the farmland behind the house and the mud paths that leads to the river. We are going to the explore Raji Ettan's house in Ayalur, a farmer who is living close to nature.
അയിലൂർ, പുഴയും കുളങ്ങളും പാടങ്ങളും പഴയ തറവാടുകളിലും കൊണ്ട് നിറഞ്ഞ അധികമാരും എത്തി നോക്കാത്ത മനോഹരമായ ഒരു കൊച്ചു പാലക്കാടൻ ഗ്രാമം. ഇന്നത്തെ യാത്ര അയിലൂരിൽ ഉള്ള പഴമയുടെ പ്രതീകമായ ഒരു തറവാട് കാണാൻ വേണ്ടിയാണ്. നാട്ടുകാരുടെ എല്ലാം പ്രിയപെട്ട രജിയെട്ടൻ്റെ വീട്ടിലേക്ക് ആണ് നമ്മൾ ഇന്ന് പോകുന്നത്. പഴമയുടെ കുറേ കാഴ്ചകൾ തേടി.

ഞാന്‍ ഇപ്പൊഴും ഇഷ്ട്ടപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരു പച്ചയായ പാലക്കാടന്‍ ഗ്രാമം . ഒരു 20 ,25 വര്‍ഷം മുന്പ് ഈ അയിലൂര്‍ ഗ്രാമത്തില്‍ ഞാന്‍ പോയിട്ടുണ്ട് അന്ന് ചിറ്റൂരില്‍(പാലക്കാട്, ഞാന്‍ പഠിച്ചതും വ്ളര്‍ന്നതും ഒക്കെ ചിറ്റൂര്‍ ആണ് ,ഇപ്പോള്‍ ഒരു അഞ്ച്വര്‍ഷമായി താമസം എര്‍ണാകുളം ആലുവയില്‍ ) ഞാന്‍ പ്രീഡിഗ്രി ക്കു ടിയുഷന് പോയിരുന്ന സാര്‍ കൂട്ടികൊണ്ട് പോയതാണ് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ അച്ചന്‍റെ തറവാട് ഇവിടെ ആയിരുന്നു ആ വീട്ടില്‍ ആരും താമസമില്ലാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് ആ വീട്ടില്‍ കേറിയില്ല എങ്കിലും ദൂരെ നിന്ന് കണ്ടു മുത്തശി മരിച്ചതില്‍ പിന്നെ ആ വീട്ടില്‍ ആരും താമസമില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. (അവിടെ യുള്ള ഒരു പ്രമുഖ നായര്‍ തറവാട് ത്തന്നെയാണ് എന്നറിയാം അവരില്‍ പ്രമുഖ വക്കീലുമാരും ജെഡ്ജിമാരും ഒക്കെ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു എന്നും സാര്‍ പറഞ്ഞറിയാം അവരുടെ പേരിന്‍റെ അറ്റത്ത് ഉണ്ണി എന്നാണ് അവസാനിക്കുന്നത് എന്നും പറഞ്ഞു കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് വീട്ടുപേര് ഇപ്പോള്‍ ഓര്‍മയില്ല സ്ത്രീ കളെ നേശ്യാര്‍ എന്നും സ്ംബോധന ചെയ്യുമായിരുന്നു എന്നും അറിയാം ) ഒരു ബേന്തുവിന്‍റെ വീട്ടില്‍ കേറി കുറച്ചു നേരം ചിലവ്ട്ട് അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ കുട്ടികാല ഓര്‍മ്മകള്‍ അയവിറക്കി തിരിച്ചു പോന്നു . സാര്‍ ഇപ്പോള്‍ ജീവിച്ചിരിപ്പില്ല എങ്കിലും അന്ന് പോയ ഓര്‍മ്മകള്‍ ഇപ്പോളും ഉണ്ട് നെന്‍മ്മറ യില്‍ അയിലൂര്‍ ജെന്‍ഷനില്‍ നിന്ന് അയിലൂര്‍ അടിപരണ്ട ബെസ്സില്‍ കേറി ആ പാടത്തിനു നടൂവിലൂടെ വളഞ്ഞു തിരിഞു പോകുന്ന റോഡില്‍ കൂടി യുള്ള യാത്രയും പാടത്തിനു നടുവിലെ തുരുത്തു പോലെയുള്ള ഗ്രാമവും ഏറേ ഇഷ്ട്ടപെട്ടു തന്നെയും അല്ല എന്നേ പ്രത്യേകം ആകര്‍ഷിച്ചത് ആ വീട്ടില്‍ നിന്നും കുടിച്ച വെള്ളം ആയിരുന്നു ചിറ്റൂര്‍ പ്ര്ദേശത്ത് താമസമാക്കിയത് എനിക്ക് ഒരു 10 ഓ 12 ഓ വയസുള്ളപ്പോള്‍ ആണ് അതിന് ശേഷം നല്ല ശുദ്ധ ജെലം കുടിക്കുന്നത് ഇവിടെ യാണ് ബാക്കി എല്ലായിടത്തും ഹാര്‍ഡ് വാട്ടര്‍ ആണ് അങ്ങിനെ എന്നേ അന്ന് ആകര്‍ഷിച്ച ഒരു ഗ്രാമമാണ് അയിലൂര്‍ ഗ്രാമം . (ഇത്രയും ഞാന്‍ പഴയ ഓര്‍മ്മയില്‍ നിന്നും പറഞ്ഞതാണ് ) എന്തായാലും ഈ വീഡിയോ വളരെ ഇഷ്ട്ടപെട്ടു അഭിനന്തനങ്ങള്‍.
