Not sure for this guy, but personally some weapons have very manageable recoil so the silencer is usable at that point. Makes roaming and or rushing very advantageous.
another reason i found is just playing off angles and flanks i found they work better and end up cuasing confusion when you wiff bc they cant tell where its from if you play it right

You will earn silencers by learning a weapons recoil, not saying you should put in on everything tho
good gameplay find a solid stack youd be in champ in no time
