Love the videos. Only suggestion for this video is maybe turn down the volume on the lathe and the noise at the end of the video. It's loud and extended noise, and I already have hearing damage from years of doing demolition. Other than that it's all great, please keep these videos coming.
Thanks for sharing. Did you buy or make your mandrel? I have some 18" oil hardened mandrels, but my lathe only allows 12" of working space. I'm having trouble finding shorter oil hardened mandrels.

I’ll make my own mandrel out of 316 stainless.
Just curious why you use Gorilla Glue?
Gorilla glue in conjunction with the cork press I can pretty much eliminate all glue lines. I HATE glue lines on finished cork.
