Just wondering. One friend of mine became a vegan a year ago and
became lighter and faster and made a significant progress in breaking.
Chinese, Korean, Japanese and other Eastern people are mostly Buddhist
and maybe vegetarian, if not they eat more fish than meat. I think it
helps somehow. Of course Asian people are leaner, wirier and stockier
but I think the food also has an influence.
