      Thank you for watching & for your question. If you haven't already, please Subscribe to support the contents of this travel channel. By booking your next trip with @hereigotravelco you can experience supported travel & keep helpful content coming. The less experience you have with travel, the more you need a Travel Consultant. In general, you will gather any gate-checked bags and proceed to your next gate without visiting TSA again. In some international flight situations, you may be asked to gather your bags & proceed through a screening checkpoint before proceeding to a US bound flight departure gate. I hope this helps and you can make your travel planning appointment at www.hereigotravelcompany.com.

    I am traveling through DFW but there is only one hour between my flight landing and my connecting flight departing for Cancun, Is this enough time?

    • @hereigotravelco
      @hereigotravelco  Місяць тому

      @chrisbhoy6247 Hello and thank you for watching and your question. As a travel advisor, I can make sure you book an appropriate layover time based on your group size, mobility abilities (age, stroller, wheelchair, etc), if you plan to eat at the airport, and what class of seats you have (determines how soon you get to deplane). All are factors for how much time someone needs for a connection. You can contact me for all your booking needs at www.hereigotravelcompany.com

      @@hereigotravelco Thank you very much for you help. There are only two of us we are travelling from Ireland, I assume our checked in cases are taken two our connecting flight? 1 hour seems not a long time to get to your new gate when you are not familiar with the airport. Thanks I have just subbed👍

    • @hereigotravelco
      @hereigotravelco  Місяць тому

      @chrisbhoy6247 It may be appropriate to reevaluate your booking. My #1 goal=reduce trip planning stress. The less you are familiar with traveling and making connections in an airport, the more you need a travel advisor to assist you. International travel and country pass throughs can be even more stressful. Since the travel provider pays my wages & not the traveler, it's an easy choice to get the one-on-one help you need. Safe travels!

Left Finland 2 hours late and missed connecting flight in Paris to ATL. Got into JFK and was stranded there for 17 hours because of weather.
